PROFILES Keynote Speakers

HON. FLOYD GREEN Minister without Portfolio in the Office of the Prime Minister Floyd O’Brian Green is an Attorney-at-law and Member of Parliament who served as Jamaica’s youngest Minister of Agriculture. A son of St. Elizabeth, he is now serving his second term as Member of Parliament for St. Elizabeth South Western, known as Jamaica’s Bread Basket. Floyd was molded by Munro College and further harnessed by the University of the West Indies. He read for a degree in History and a minor in Political Science at UWI, Mona, Jamaica and then was awarded his Bachelor of Law degree with Honors [LLB (Hons)] in 2006 from UWI, Cave Hill, Barbados and his Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School (Jamaica) beginning his career as an attorney-at-law. Minister of Agriculture, Floyd crafted Jamaica’s New FACE of Food Strategy, which focused on strengthening food security, developing Agri Business, introducing Climate Smart Technologies and expanding Exports. Following this exceptional performance in the Ministry, Minister Green was appointed and his now serving the people of Jamaica as Minister without Portfolio in the Office of the Prime Minister.

DANIEL LOWRIE Edutainer at ITProTV from ACI Learning Daniel started his IT career doing workstation support and performing Y2K compliance updates for a teaching hospital in North-Central Florida. He went on to become an in-classroom trainer and Mentored Learning Instructor, teaching classes that cover topics such as Microsoft Windows Desktops and Servers, Active Directory, Networking, CCNA, and Linux. From there he became a Systems and Network administrator for a large insurance company. Finally, Daniel came to ITProTV as an Edutainer.

PROFILES PRESENTERS CASAL HENRY Dir. Information Security, Global Payments Casal brings 22 years of experience in various roles and industries including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Payment Processing. This allows him to leverage transformative and innovative methods to implement Advisory Services as a Secure The Enterprise Program (STEP) for Global Payments. Casal’s responsibilities include leading Advisory Services, consisting of Security Advisory and Application Security Assurance teams. He has a passion for developing the next generation of security professionals by helping to develop opportunities that would not normally be available to them. His belief is that leaders are not born overnight; they should be groomed and invested in. He has a Masters in Information Technology (MSIT), Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Cyber Space & Cyber Technology, and holds Certified Computer Forensic Examiner certification. He is active in his church and community and is always looking for ways to give back. He is married to Michell who is a great help meet and enjoys doing the same.

JODY-ANN FORRESTER -SMALL Security Consulting Manager Accenture Jody-Ann Forrester-Small was born and raised in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.

She was educated in the Jamaican school system and graduated from Hampton High at the tender age of 15. She attended Northern Caribbean University, Community College of Philadelphia, and Temple University. Jody-Ann began a career in Consulting immediately following graduation with Protiviti, Inc. She provided Information Security services (i.e. penetration testing, network security assessments, web application assessments, vulnerability assessments, PCI compliance testing, risk assessments, and social engineering assessments) for a wide range of clients in various industries, to identify and communicate business risks.

After 6.5 years of Consulting, she made the switch to the Financial Services industry where she served as a Vice President of Cybersecurity and Technology Controls at JP Morgan Chase. For the last 15 months, she has been working at Accenture, where she serves as a Cybersecurity Manager.

PROFILES PRESENTERS CURTIS CLAY III Consultant & Diversity Leader, Microsoft Curtis Clay III has over 30 years of Enterprise IT experience. He has worked at Microsoft Corporation for 22 years with the last 10 years being focused exclusively on Cybersecurity. Curtis acts as the primary onsite technical contact business decision-makers for large Federal entities, in addition to providing advanced security analysis and designed solutions for multiple business groups. He has also designed solutions for the Microsoft Defender Suite, Red Forest, Secure Administrative Workstations, Active Directory Hardening, and Troubleshooting, Identity, and Virtual Desktop Security. He is married for 13 years and has 4 children ranging from 12 to 33 years of age respectively.

OTIS OSBOURNE Chair, Internet Society, Jamaica Chapter Mr. Otis Osbourne has been serving the Internet Society through its Jamaica Chapter as Board Chair since it was chartered on January 15, 2019. He is au fait with the Internet Society’s research in security risks facing the Internet and its work in strengthening the Internet against these risks. Mr. Osbourne’s formal education and training spans cybersecurity, Internet governance, information technology, school management and leadership, and public sector management. Currently, he facilitates undergraduate degree courses in data communications and networks, programming, computer and cyber security, and cloud computing at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean in Jamaica.
