EXTERIOR
At first glance, the 2025 Nissan Kicks makes a strong impression with its bold and expressive design. The wide stance and fenders give way to a more rounded, protected cabin. Strong fenders and a distinctive boxiness define the lower half of the vehicle, compared to the cleaner upper body. Kicks is equally striking from behind, with a subtle roof spoiler, and full-width LED taillights that divide the liftgate in two and wrap around into combination lights on the flared rear fenders. Accenting the rocker panels is an intricate, threedimensional shape inspired by athletic sneaker soles – adding texture and visual interest to an area that otherwise can be overlooked on crossovers.
Inside the Kicks
INTERIOR
Moving inside, the interior was designed to counter the tough, robust exterior. The dashboard features a dual-screen setup: one for the instrument meter, one for the infotainment system. The standard meter measures seven inches, while Kicks SR upgrades to an even more striking 12.3-inch unit with two display modes: A more traditional Classic and a more feature-rich Enhanced view.
The center console accommodates all of life’s essentials with two cupholders designed around fitting a 30-ounce coffee tumbler and an enclosed storage compartment. Bottle holders in the doors are large enough to fit a 32-ounce Yeti® tumbler.

Kicks facilitates adventure with a spacious, flexible cargo area. Total cargo capacity of up to 30 cubic feet with the seats raised or 60 cubic feet with them lowered is best in class – plus, a small, hidden storage compartment is available below the trunk floor.

Kicks offers an extensive array of intuitive driver assistance and safety features. Nissan Safety Shield 360 is standard across all grades and includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Automatic Braking, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning and High Beam Assist.
Other standard convenience features include Easy-Fill Tire Alert, which makes topping up tire air pressure simpler; Rear Door Alert, which can notify the driver about potentially forgotten items; and Intelligent Driver Alertness, which can warn if the driver’s behavior suggests they may be fatigued. Kicks SR adds class-exclusive Intelligent Around View Monitor, offering a virtual 360-degree, bird’s-eye camera view around the vehicle to
simplify parking, avoiding curbs in the drivethrough lane and other low-speed maneuvers.
Kicks keeps everyone connected with intuitive infotainment and the ability to keep devices charged with up to four USB Type-C ports in the cabin (SR only), plus an available wireless device charging pad in the forward center console.
In Kicks SV and SR, a 12.3inch color touchscreen infotainment system greets occupants. Available wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ enable occupants to seamlessly connect their devices without plugging in.
Available on Kicks SR Premium Package is a Bose® Personal Plus 10-speaker audio system that delivers crisp, lifelike sound throughout the cabin. Enhanced from the outgoing Kicks, the system adds headrest speakers for the passenger’s seat in addition to the driver’s seat.

Every Kicks grade is offered with optional Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, providing additional confidence and control in many weather conditions and road surfaces. As an added benefit when navigating rough roads, Kicks boasts segment-leading ground clearance of 8.4 inches.
All Kicks grades employ a 2.0-liter inline-four engine rated for 141 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque, coupled to the latest generation of
Nissan’s Xtronic transmission. The powertrain delivers confident acceleration, including for highway passing, thanks to the responsive transmission and the engine’s strong low- and mid-range torque.
The 2025 Nissan Kicks is offered in three compelling grade levels, S, SV and SR, with two available Premium packages, giving buyers the opportunity to select the Kicks that best fits their lifestyle.
