Pirate Hooker

PIRATE HOOKER

Pirate Hooker has quickly made a name for herself in the show cattle industry. This exceptional heifer, known for her flawless structure, striking appearance, and commanding presence, dominated the 2024 show season with numerous championships and top placings. Her crowning achievement was winning the Grand Champion Steer Momma title at the 125th American Royal, solidifying her status as a top-tier breeding animal. Her flush mates also spent their fair share of time at the backdrop. Her sister shown by the Richey family was Reserve Champion Market Heifer Prospect at NWSS and her brother campaigned by the Roland family achieved 4th overall at MLE, and Grand Champion at Michigan AGR just to name a few. And more recently the full brother this year topped our October sale. With her impeccable skeletal build and her pedigree’s proven consistency. Pirate Hooker is poised to become a cornerstone for programs seeking high-quality, winning show cattle. Take advantage of this opportunity as it may be the only time a flush is o ered on her.

HL 6261 “Horn”

IN GOD WE TRUST X HL 620 (CHAROLAIS/ANGUS)

A & B

3A: HIA X HL 6261 – 3 EMBRYOS SEXED MALE

3B: STANDOUT X HL 6261 – 3 EMBRYOS SEXED MALE

Back by popular demand...HL 6261 “Horn,” a remarkable young female that is flawless in her basic build, square hipped, and o ers a look that cannot be ignored! 6261 is a shining success story to come out of the Embryos on Snow Live Lot roster, as she previously commanded a $54,000 gavel price for 50% interest to RJ Cattle Company and Pratt Show Cattle, two progressive operations that fully understand the importance of cow family consistency. This dynamic female is backed by one of the most dominant females in the history of the Horn Livestock program. HL 6261 is a flush mate sister to the Trust 620 & Trust Fund herd bulls at Horn Livestock. Additionally, 620 produced the 2018 Champion Chi at the Tulsa State Fair.

Sired by Here I Am, the sky is the limit when considering the potential that concocting these two genetic outliers create. Those who are serious about raising high selling show steers need to pay attention to the fast tracked opportunity selling here. With limited use so far, this mating has resulted in full siblings to a $25,500 steer for Pratt. The Lot B embryos are sired by HL Standout, the impressive red hided stud that is sired by Sugar Bear. This mating will create full siblings to the $99,000 phenom from RJ's 2023 “Commitment to Excellence” online sale that will prove he was worth six digits when he gets his chance in the ring this coming show season. This mating has already proven to yield elite colored cattle that will have classifying options...these are stock that can get it done regardless of their geographic location.

Regardless of your goals or breed a liations, rest assured that these two matings are bullet proof!

JOJO DAUGHTER

S/N Missie 2101 brings Championship Angus lineage and recent ROI success to the table. Her dam, Kruse Missie Primo 147, was Reserve Angus Female in Louisville in 2018 for the Nikkel Family. Since then, she has produced countless Champions and high sellers for the Shrag/Nikkel and Sherwood Cattle firms. Most recently, a maternal sister to S/N Missie 2101 just topped the Shrag/Nikkel Family Event Sale for $100,000 going to the Pryor Family in Iowa. S/N Missie 2101 has just started to embark on her own production journey for us and Ruda Cattle of Nebraska. This mating to the hot new Griswold sire, TL On The Run seems like a fun way to start!

3 EMBRYOS:

W/C RU Texas Doll 7058 is one of the very few full sisters to W/C Bankroll 8110 in captivity and the best one roaming the pastures in Emery. Texas Doll posses the a flawless build, bold rib design, square hip and pinset that blends the power, balance and presence that her lineage is famous for, a power female that consistently puts the good stu in them and mates up well to these popular sires, a highlight of ‘24 including the Res. Grand Bred and Owned Bull, MR W/C NEXT STEP 3587L.

Matched to the dominate TJSC Coping with Destiny 9K, will yield more of what we have come to expect at W/C!

Natural Born Heathen

BUSINESS DONE RIGHT X KELLI

NATURAL BORN HEATHEN

After the success and interest after last year’s initial public o ering we didn’t hesitate when asked to be part of this years event. This last season has been a big year for NBH. A heifer sold through this sale brought $10,500 for half interest to Luke Doris. And he sired the Reserve Champion at the Wyoming State fair.

The Power is in his pedigree. BDR is an upper echelon sire that continues to make great ones. However, the most impactful part of his pedigree is his illustrious dam, Kelli. Kelli has left her mark on our industry producing more winners, high sellers, and AI sires than almost any donor in history. When you take a pedigree like that and place it into production you are bound to produce great ones. This will be the only semen to sell this year publicly. Take advantage of this opportunity to get in on a sire that with the limited amount of semen sold has already accomplished so much.

Zwirn 1760

1760 has hit full stride as a new addition to the donor lineup at Zwirn Show Cattle. Her first AI calf was traded by England Show Stock and had a fair amount of success. She also generated an Icon bull calf that we featured in the Western Elite Female Sale in Denver. The first of the HIA ET calves born in 2023 resulted in one of our high sellers campaigned by Reese Lock which found himself as a breed champ and a Top 7 contender multiple times. In recent news a HIA daughter was sold as a bred heifer for $11,500 in Nebraska. We plan to add more and more of these embryos into our program as well as some maternal matings to create the next generation of donors.

W/C MISS WERNING 6175D

W/C Miss Werning 6175D Is a maternal granddaughter of the iconic Miss Werning 354k that is out of an ET flushmate sister to A343! 6175D has reserved her place among the “best of the best” to ever carry the W/C prefix. There is no denying the influence that 6175D has had when it comes to producing herd bulls year after year. In 2022, 6175D produced the $100,000 W/C Dabo 703) herd bull that is working for Windy Creek Cattle Company. Three sons by the Angus sensations, S A V President 6847 and S A V American 8018, sold in last year’s sale to Lance Epperson, Roy Niederklein, and Shane Kime. In addition to the three herd sire prospect, she also produced seven daughters that were among the featured bred heifers in last year’s sale. Year after year, 6175D has been a female that we have been able to count on. Her ability to consistently generate progeny that command a premium has positioned her among the most productive and prolific females to ever call home to Emery, South Dakota!

TSN Statesman K006

ASA 4111722

5 UNITS:

A new member of the herd sire battery in Emery that we are extremely excited about! TSN Statesman K006 is owned with TSN Simmentals, where he was our selection from their program in 2023. He was the service sire to a large portion of the bred heifers in our 2024 sale. The first calves that have been born look incredible and we have extremely high expectations for his progeny. They are born easy, have incredible vigor, and o er superior growth. TSN Statesman K006 is elite on paper, while maintaining a phenomenal phenotype. He ranks among the elite 1% of the breed for CE, BW, MCE, MILK, STAY, API, and TI. He maintains a top 10% ranking for WW and top 20% for YW. A truly unique breeding piece that will continue to see heavy use at the W/C and at TSN Simmentals!

2024 RES. CHAMPION HEREFORD FEMALE AT NILE, BILLINGS, MT.

Introducing LAND SHR MANHATTAN 2029ET. Storey Hereford Ranch had the amazing opportunity to purchase the 2023 NWSS Pick of Pen from Landgren Ranch.
