Office Clerk 3 Month Term position - January 2011 - March 2011 With the possibility of this position leading to full-time permanent The Office Clerk will be responsible in performing financial and administrative clerical duties associated with the provision of municipal utilities and service in order to ensure that municipal financial transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner. The successful applicant duties will include: Provide administrative clerical and receptionist support to the Village Office Process SGI daily transactions Collect payments and issue receipts for Sask Power and Sasktel Administer and maintain the Fine Option Program and Community Service Orders Administer projects files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances Qualifications: A minimum of Grade 12 Excellent communication and interaction skills Some previous office experience would be an asset
