With its six-year edition, Euregion Film Festival 2021 continues showcasing short films with a strong message, urgent stories made by talented directors.

This years’ festival is all about filmmakers in competition: tune in and listen to CineTalks, watch and vote for your favourite short film and support the filmmakers in the running to win Limburg Film Pitch!

This year we have selected 11 international and 8 Euregion films in the Short Film Competition that will compete for Best International Film (€250), Best Euregion Film (€250), Special Jury Mention & Audience Award. Moreover, you can watch short films in a special Made in Heerlen selection and Limburg Film Pitch where five Limburgian filmmakers will have a chance to win €2000 for the production of their short film!
