OWNER & SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 45 years of construction experience with the last 20 years in the various capacities of estimating, project management, operations management, and general construction management. Chuck is skilled at catching the project vision and working to provide cost effective methodology.

WAYNE KNASH PROJECT MANAGER 35 years construction experience, 14 years as a Site Supervisor and 11 years as a Project Manager.

Wayne has been involved in a wide range of projects including industrial concrete and steel, commercial non-combustible construction, multilevel residential, hospitality and seniors’ projects.

Projects under Wayne’s care include Heritage House (as a Site Superintendent), Super 8 Lloydminster, Caroline Community Center/Concession/Arena, Microtel Hotels-Red Deer/Bonnyville/ Lloydminster, Peters’ Drive In- Red Deer/Edmonton, Red Deer Station, Carnival Cinemas, Queens Gate Complex, Winterburn Road Edmonton/Lillooet/Mayerthorpe/Fox Creek Tim Hortons, Liberty Park Condos, Gasoline Alley Popeyes/Waskasoo CRU’s, North Gaetz Popeyes/Trader Ridge CRU’s, St Paul Hampton Inn, Santos JV 20 Condo Buildings, and Parkland Power Sports.

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

SITE SUPERVISOR

38 years construction experience, Site Supervisor for 12 years and 17 years as an Estimator and Project Manager. Dean has been involved with commercial non-combustible construction, multilevel residential, hospitality, condominium, assisted living projects, residential and wood framed commercial buildings.

45 years of experience in the construction industry and 32 years as Site Supervisor. Rick has experience in commercial, industrial and civil construction. Projects include hospitals, bridge/ overpass construction, retail, hotel, schools and swimming pools.

Projects under Dean’s care include Points West Living Red Deer, Points West Living Wetaskiwin, KoHen Electronics, Medi-Dent, Evraz.

Major projects consist of Joffre Petrochemical expansion, Olymel, Red Deer Centrium, Red Deer Recreation Centre and Lacombe Aquatic Centre. Projects under Rick’s care with PBS include Towneplace Suites Red Deer, Points West Living Red Deer, Points West Living Cochrane, & Microtel Bonneyville Renovation.

SITE SUPERVISOR

27 years in the construction industry, 15 years as a Project Manager, 10 years as a Site Supervisor.

Majority of Josef’s experience is in the Commercial Construction Industry where he has been involved in the development and construction of Warehouses, University, Hotels, Hospitals and Retail Spaces.

Josef also has 3 years’ experience with Oil & Gas Civil Construction and many years with Residential Custom Homes. Josef has been with Premier Building Solutions for 8 years as a Project Manager.

25 years in the construction industry. Last 15 years spent site supervising. Adam has been involved in a wide variety of building construction, from residential wood framed single family and multifamily housing along with hotel construction. Also involved in commercial non-combustible and combustible building construction. Buildings included but not limited to assisted living, multilevel office space, arenas, warehouses, hotels, hospital, and retail including store fronts.

Projects completed by Josef during his time include Masa Kokora Calgary, Wyndham Gardens Calgary Airport, Best Western Chestermere, Days Inn Airdrie. Super 8 Canmore, Points West Living Cochrane, Microtel hotel Kelowna, Seton Marriot renovations, Residence in port a cohere, Microtel Weyburn pool expansion / renovation and Microtel Estevan Renovation.

Projects under Adam’s care include Microtel Inn Red Deer, Red Deer Station, Tim Hortons Edmonton, St.Paul Hampton Inn, Track on 2 horse track, Medi-dent apartment renovation including asbestos removal. Waskasoo CRU and Popeyes South, Evraz additions Industrial work environment, Trader Ridge north including demo of existing buildings with asbestos removal and the development of Trader Ridge CRU and Popeyes North. Adam is also certified as a COR safety auditor.

DON WINTER SITE SUPERVISOR

ROY MEES

41 years in the construction industry. Don owned and operated a stucco company for the past 22 years and has been a Site Supervisor for the past 10 years.

SITE SUPERVISOR

Projects completed under Don’s care include Super 8 Lloydminster, Peters’ Drive In Red Deer, KoHen Electronics, Carnival Cinemas Red Deer, Points West Living Wetaskiwin, Extendicare and Parkland Powersports.

28 years of construction experience. Trained in the U.K as a restoration carpenter where he worked on historical buildings. Roy has been working in mainly commercial building since arriving in Canada. He has works on projects spanning from a Tim Hortons to a car dealer. He has been a Site Supervisor for over 15 years, the last 7 years with Premier Building Solutions.

Roy has worked on the following projects Wyndham Garden, Days-Inn Airdrie, Super 8 Canmore, Points West Living Cochrane, Microtel Kelowna, Microtel Weyburn and Microtel Estevan.
