Model and RV Community situated on a 100-acre property of forested land featuring a 20-acre spring fed lake with one mile of sand beaches. The property combines natural parkland forest abundant in poplar and oak trees with strategically landscaped areas featuring white spruce, ornamental trees, shrubs and manicured lawns.
Cherry Hill Living and all of its amenities are not accessible to the general public. Access to the property and use of amenities is only granted to registered occupants and their guests.

Seasonal summer site utility services are operational mid April to mid October on the east side of the lake and early May to late September on west side of the lake.
All occupancy terms are from November 1October 31, renewable annually.

Your Cherry Hill Living seasonal RV site is yours for as long as you choose to renew your occupancy agreement with Cherry Hill Living.
Summer seasonal sites at Cherry Hill are big. They average 50 x 70 feet in size.
Sites are designed to be large enough to house units such a Travel Trailer RV, Fifth Wheel RV, Motorcoach, Destination RV Trailer or a Summer Park Model (CSA Z241), with plenty of space for additional amenities and parking.

All summer seasonal sites at Cherry Hill Living have access to utility services such water, sewer and electricity. Water, sewer and 30amp electricity usage is included in the summer seasonal site/pad fees. Upgrade to 50amp electric service is available.

Make your site your own! Docks, aggregates, landscaping, decks, fire pits, sunrooms, gazebos, patios, storage sheds and firewood shelters are all great options for your site.
Cherry Hill upholds detailed architectural standards that ensure the surrounding sites will complement the appearance of your own site.
These standards include the age of the unit and the design and maintenance of site improvements (sheds, docks, gazebos, decks, etc.).

The Cherry Hill team can provide a variety of site improvement services, including deck building, trailer blocking & levelling, aggregates and more.
The Big Red Barn Clubhouse is a facility where families and friends can gather; located in the original homesteaders 75year-old hip-roof barn.
The renovation of the barn into a rustic entertainment centre has resulted in a unique, intriguing space. The exposed barn boards were milled from local trees by a specialized one-man sawmill.

The Barn Clubhouse is open to site holders and their guests.
The lake is the main attraction of Cherry Hill Living. Our Lake is 20 acres large and 10 metres deep, and is ringed with over a mile of beach. The lake is spring-fed, with shimmering blue, fresh waters. It’s an ideal oasis for non-motorized activities including swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and catch-and-release fishing. The Resort has community docks and beaches for woodland site holders. The Kiddie Pond is one metre deep with lighted fountains.
Our walking bridge leads to miles of Cherry Hill Living hiking and mountain biking trails. Our private drive around the lake serves as a safe and smooth one-milelong walking, jogging and cycling route for our active site holders.
The community garden was a special request by many site holders, and is coordinated by volunteers. You can book your space in the garden and have fresh produce throughout the summer!
Quarry Oaks Golf Course and Restaurant is adjacent to Cherry Hill Living. Drive your golf cart from your site to the tee box.

If you're interested in getting your 'sweat on' the pickle ball courts are adjacent to our clubhouse. This newly-enhanced facility is available for those competitive moments! There are currently two courts with more in the works for this fast growing, exciting new sport for all ages.
We welcome your pets to Cherry Hill Living because we know they are part of your family. We have an off-leash dog park to make things even more exciting for our furry friends. Pet owners keep their pets under their control and immediately clean up after them.
Horse-drawn sleigh rides throughout the resort, ice skating on the outdoor ice rink, bonfires and more. This event is a great way for you to enjoy winter at The Hill with your friends and family.
Get rid of those gently-used items. The spring yard sale is a great way to stroll around the park, meet your neighbours and get some awesome deals!
A full day of family activities complete with food trucks, games, face painting, bouncy castle and a family scavenger hunt throughout the park. The corn-hole tournaments are always a favourite.
We host an annual picnic dinner for our site holders, and site holders get together at the Barn Clubhouse to vote on their favourite Photo Contest entries. It’s a great time to catch up with everyone in the park!
The fireworks are for the entertainment of site holders and their guests. The private enclosed area of the resort creates spectacular effects.
Get a jump start on Halloween in the summer! Decorate your site and hand out treats or meander around the park trickor-treating with your kids and grandkids!
