We offer a lake-living lifestyle year-round in our park model dwellings. Our park models are winter-ready and have all the luxuries you want in a forever home, 12 months of the year.

Choose Your Site

Thinking about your retirement includes where you call home and what you love to do the most while you’re there. Cherry Hill Living offers a lake-life community feel and the convenience of town life.

The first step in this journey is to select your site. We have a collection of beautiful sites on our property, and each has something unique to offer. They are all winter-ready, so you can call it your year-round lake home.

STEP 1 - We will help you locate this special spot for your new Park Model.

Pick Your Floor Plan

Everyone has specific tastes and appreciates different layouts and finishings in their home. Your winterized Park Model will be selected to suit your preferences.

Park Models feature modern architectural elements, including cathedral ceilings, bay windows, hardwood floors, carpeting, and window treatments. You also have the option of adding furnishings that are custom-designed to complement your own design style.

STEP 2 - We will walk you through the exciting stages of selecting your perfect home.

Place Your Order

Being a part of this process from the beginning, we take care of the complicated task of getting your new Park Model ordered to your exact specifications.

Before we place your order, consider the possibility of including an insulated garage, three-season sunroom, deck, firewood shelter, storage shed, fire pit, or any retaining walls.

STEP 3 - Let’s get your Park Model ordered! We take care of the order and the logistics so you just have to plan how to enjoy your retirement!

Set Up & Hook Up

Upon arrival, your new Park Model will get set up and connected. We take care of all elements, including central air conditioning, outside air exchange (HRV), and your propane gas to handle your on-demand hot water, range, dryer, and furnace.

Once your new dwelling is move-in ready, you can get acquainted with your new Cherry Hill Living Community. Start planning to attend potlucks, group activities, golf with friends, and scavenger hunts with your grandkids!

STEP 4 - Home sweet home! We get everything set up and connected for you to move in!
