The vision of the Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre (CAPCC) is to be known and embraced by our community as a Centre that extends grace and provides education and ongoing, compassionate support before, during, and after pregnancy. Our programs are free*, confidential, and are offered in a safe and judgement-free environment regardless of age, gender, race or religion. We have offices in Red Deer,RockyMountainHouse, andStettler.

Being primarily privately funded, we rely on the generosity of our community to enable us to run our programs throughout Central Alberta at no cost to our clients.

This guide provides examples of how your donation may be used. All gifts are welcome and will go towards the operating funds of the CAPCC. We appreciate any gift amount you choose to give.

Client Story

The CAPCC and Aerie Maternity Home have significantly impacted my healing, restoration, and recovery journey.

I found out that I was pregnant at the age of 40. I was several years into a severe drug addiction and in a very abusive relationship. I had lost everything, including my home, family, and my other children. I finally acknowledged I had a drug problem and that I needed help when I was six months pregnant. As a result of my choices, my daughter was born prematurely and was apprehended at birth.

Thankfully, my parents welcomed me back into their home with open arms. It was at this point that I reached out to the CAPCC, who showed me unconditional love and helped me learn many things, including healthy relationships and being a better parent.

Even though I was growing, it was the darkest hours of my life without my baby. I worked hard to be free from the bondages that kept me stuck. I knew all things are possible with God, and I was willing to do what I needed.

I'm so happy to say that my life has completely changed. My daughter now lives with me at the Maternity home, and the file with Children Services has been closed! I've been able to start fresh. The CAPCC has allowed me to raise my daughter in a safe and healthy environment. I have hope for the future and can work on my healing while feeling loved and cared for.
