Bathing Bathing is an intrinsic part of the grooming experience and the equipment and products used at this stage can make a big difference to the overall groom. In this section we have included the core tools used in bathing including baths, shampoos and conditioners.

1 Baths These hard wearing plastic baths are suitable for all breeds and sizes of dogs and are shallow enough for most dogs to step into. We can also put a hole in the bottom for drainage if required. If you would like this doing for no extra cost, please ask us when you place your order.

INFORMATION

Sharpening and Servicing With all those dogs to groom it’s important to keep your equipment in the best possible condition. Use our in-house sharpening and servicing department, with over 30 years of combined experience, to ensure your equipment is ready for anything - including that Newfoundland that’s just booked in!

How it works: 1 Package up your blades & clippers securely and post them to us, with your contact details and a covering letter noting what you would like doing and how you would like them returned to you. Also, please note down any specific problems you have had with your equipment. This helps us to repair them efficiently for you.

2 When we have received them, we will book them into our sharpening & servicing department.

3 We will then sharpen and service your equipment, unless a quote has been requested first.

4 Once serviced, we will contact you for payment, securely package up your items and post them back to you.

5 Your equipment will arrive back with you, in great working order!

PAT testing – Only £2 per item Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use within your salon. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by testing. A bit like an M.O.T for your car, it is required that you complete a PAT test once a year. We can do this for you included as part of your service for free or with your repair at your request.
