Before your interview you can: • Concentrate on your breathing • Shut down the voices that might be hindering you using your peripheral vision During your interview: • Make sure that you have something to drink and if you are asked a difficult question that you need extra time to answer, fake a cough and drink while thinking • Also if you feel your voice getting high pitched, use the excuse of the water to give you a chance to breathe deeply.
