The A4, A12, A13 and N14 intersect at the Ypenburg and Prins Clausplein junctions.

The ’t Hoge Veen shopping centre in the Leidschenveen / Ypenburg area, at about 1 km distance from the iBuilding, has various shops including supermarkets, household goods shops and bakeries. You can even play golf nearby as within a half hour drive of the iBuilding are three golf courses: Burggolf in Zoetermeer, Leeuwenbergh in Leidschendam and De Rijswijksche at the ‘corner’ of the A4 and A13. With a little imagination, the culinary phenomenon, Niven Kunzals’ Michelin-starred and Alliance Gastronomique Néerlandaise restaurant can be seen from the 19th hole of De Rijswijksche.
