La Torre Lugo (Lugo Tower) is a proposal of 200 square meters apartments with first class finishes within the urbanization La Esmeralda, Santiago, Dominican Republic
The main purpose of the proposal was to demonstrate the skills of creating a whole technical documentation that an architectural project entails, this includes architectural, structural, electrical and sanitary plans.
For the development of the project, programs such as revit were use for the architectural plant, sketch-up for details in the 3d modeling and interiors, autocad for the technical plans and enscape were used together with photoshop for visualization of the project

Palmas 85 is a project located in the exclusive area of Cap Cana, Bavaro, Dominican Republic.
In this project, proposals were made for all areas. This section on the portfolio provides an example of the work that needs to be done in a designated wall in the furnished floor plan of the project is.
It shows how the qualities of the wall are indicated, such as paint colors, materials, dimensions, electrical appliances, specifications, and finishes. It also includes a detailed view of a piece of furniture, which covers most of the wall, in isometric view, top, and front view. These sheets are used both for client approval and as a guide for subcontractor thereafter.
The Softwares used for the documentation were 3d sketchup and sketchup layout

The Tama project is a mixed-use project of residential buildings with a commercial area, located in the Vista Cana sector, Bavaro, Punta Cana.
In this project, I participated in creating mood boards that portray the main ideas of what we want to achieve. The portfolio includes a sample of the design concept for common areas, such as the pool area and clubhouse.
Before finalizing a specific design with the client, we create mood boards and image collages that convey the idea of what we aim to achieve, ensuring alignment with the client. For creating these presentations, we use Canva and Photoshop
CARPA VELARIA
contruction systems class, final project, 2019
Final project for the Construction Systems course taught in the 3rd cycle of the 3rd year of the degree program. The project was brought to life in the green area in front of the School of Architecture of the Pontifical Catholic Mother and Teacher University (PUCMM), Santiago.
Prior to execution, it was necessary to create construction diagrams and three-dimensional models representing the final outcome.
For the development of technical and illustrative materials, programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Photoshop were utilized.
