About the Illustrator Rhoda Domingo is a Filipino illustrator based in New Zealand. She has a background in graphic design and was introduced to the wonderful world of children’s books after the birth of her first child, which reignited her passion for telling stories through pictures. Although she loves illustrating with traditional media, she primarily works digitally, where she isn’t limited by physical materials. This flexibility suits her on-the-go lifestyle as a mum, allowing her to create whenever and wherever inspiration strikes.
