The rum loving, friendly creator and head distiller that started it all, James AKA Jimmy. Never short of an idea or two, James had this crazy idea to start making rum and so the JimmyRum journey began.

Everything you see, touch and taste at JimmyRum is all of James vision, passion and hard work to bring the brand to life. You can catch him most weekends behind the tasting bar chatting to visitors about rum, his passion for distilling or sharing a sailing story.

If James is not in the distillery he is hard at work spreading the good word about rum. You’re hard pressed to more passionate about rum than James!

La Cofradía was founded more than 50 years ago, with the convergence of the geography of Tequila, the yeasts from ancient leafy mango trees, hand in hand with the element of water, sourced from an extinct volcano (Mt Tequila).

The Brand has always distinguished itself as a company that produces a quality product; Excellent agave tequila, made using traditional processes, but in a modern industrial factory, from premium Blue Webber Agave.

Above all, we mix this quality drink with traditional Mexican crafts, bottling our Tequilas in ceramic and blown glass bottles, sharing the true flavour of Mexico with the world.

On the Maria River in the beautiful Mid North Coast of New South Wales, is a little family farm with an old dairy on it. My family moved here over 100 years ago. We grow what we can, juniper, coriander, citrus and the Australian botanicals. What we don’t grow we source locally or responsible from overseas.

Eduard and Julie Otter are brother and sister and are the co-founders of Otter Craft Distilling.

Waverley Distillery brand originates from the property “Waverley” Near Oatlands, which was purchased in 1878 by the impending Premier of Tasmania Sir J.W. Agnew for his son Mr C.S. Agnew.

The Wildflower launched in 2019 in Burleigh Heads Queensland, not with a traditional launch party but just days before the announcement of the Covid-19 lockdowns. But guess what? Our first product wasn't gin; it was hand sanitiser! Talk about timing. As the world frantically sanitised, Wildflower became the local hero, and locals quickly realised of our existence. When we finally uncorked our Wildflower Gin, it sold out almost instantly as apparently, everyone had been thirsty for more than just cleanliness.

Winding Road Distilling Co. was born from a love for unique spirits, a curious nature, and a strong sense of adventure.

Through the chance meeting of two people from different countries over twenty years ago, our journey has very much been along a winding road. In 2009 we found our way to the New South Wales far north coast and settled in the small village of Tintenbar, between Ballina and Byron Bay. While we were initially drawn to the region by its incomparable natural beauty and mild climate, the friends we made and sense of community we experienced con fi rmed this is where we were meant to be.

Our goal is to produce artisan spirits that inspire a life’s journey infused with authenticity, curiosity, and enjoyment.
