Nutrition Strategies to Fuel Your Workouts
Most of us consider the “sweaty” part of our fitness routine the most impactful on our health, but did you know that a successful workout happens before, during and after your actual time spent in the gym? The food and drink we ingest during those times become our fitness fuel and is almost as important as the movement of our workouts. Join Bri-Ana Johnson, fitness specialist for the Crosby Wellness Center, in this virtual presentation as she provides recommendations on the intake of food and water you need to properly fuel before, during and after your workout.
It’s Nutrition Month at the Center for Health & Wellbeing. All Nutrition programs are highlighted in yellow. Unless otherwise noted, all programs are hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
