How To - Urban Backyard Chickens
The idea of keeping chickens in backyards is a growing trend, with several municipalities having passed ordinances that allow residents to do so. While storebought eggs are completely safe and wholesome, backyard chickens are growing in popularity due to a desire for people to become reacquainted with food production and better understand where and how their food is produced. In this program, you’ll join UF/IFAS Livestock and Natural Resources Extension Agent JK Yarborough to learn more about the basics of keeping a small flock in your backyard.

The Mediterranean Table - Classic Greek Recipes
With dishes that rely on the freshness of the ingredients rather than on complicated cooking techniques, Greek recipes make an excellent option for busy cooks who want to maintain a healthy diet without compromising flavor or time. Join Chef Jennifer Hostetter to learn just how simple Greek food is to prepare. In this class, you will learn how to prepare three classic dishes — Easy Chicken Souvlaki, Tzatziki, Classic Greek Salad with Fresh Dill — that are so ridiculously tasty that you’ll be amazed at how easy they are to make.
