Chunky Move presents
GLOW In an entrancing digital other world a single body unfolds in a kaleidoscope of continuously transforming organic shapes, slipping in and out of human form into unfamiliar, sensual and grotesque creature states. Employing a sophisticated video tracking system by German Interactive Software Engineer, Frieder Weiss, lighting and graphic images are generated over the work in real-time in response to the dancer’s movement. The body’s gestures are extended by and in turn manipulate the video world that surrounds it. This is an intimate performance with limited audience numbers.
