every student had a unique style
R
Remember the saying “No two snowflakes are alike?” Trendy students reflected this to a T when it came to the diverse styles seen around school. Trends from the past, such as the 80’s, came back strong and meshed with 20’s trends to create a unique new style. Scrunchies, mom jeans, and bike shorts were coupled with Hydro Flasks, ripped jeans, and oversized sweatshirts making the new style so identifiable. Not everyone wore the same look. Some liked to set their own trends and lived outside the box when it came to fashion and style. Other people thought long and hard about their outfits. Either way, what they are wearing told a lot about them. “I think people who wear brighter colors are a lot more open. Expressing yourself with clothing is a telltale sign of someone’s inner self,” sophomore Paul DeStefano said, confidently wearing ripped mom jeans, a colorful Tommy Hilfiger shirt, a tailored jacket, and cool socks. Wearing styles that were new and different was something DeStefano enjoyed. Celebrating whatever style suited you was what marked the day’s unique trends.
