We’re entering a new Hebrew year! The Fall Feasts: Rosh Hashanah (Oct 3rd), Yom Kippur (Oct 12th), Tabernacles (Oct 17th -23rd) and Eighth Day (Oct 24th) prophesy of Christ’s second coming. There are seven Holy Feasts of God (found in Leviticus 23) which serve as religious “dress rehearsals” for Christ’s coming and return. Colossians 2:16-17 says Christians aren ’t obligated to participate; however, Paul explains these new moon feasts were meant to point to Christ who fulfills them. Jesus literally, embodies the prophetic promise of each feast! Indeed, He first came as the Passover Lamb, born, examined, slain and resurrected on precisely the days foretold in the Spring Feasts of Passover, Unleavened Bread and Pentecost. Likewise, He’ll yet fulfill the prophetic promises foretold by the Fall Feasts and there will be signs in the sky to warn us, just as there were at His first coming.
1 Then God said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let them be SIGNS to mark the seasons, days, and years (Gen 1:14)
From the beginning, God used the sun, moon and stars for SIGNS. He wants man to be fruitful in every season, sowing and reaping in sync with the appointed times. King Solomon confirmed this truth in Ecclesiastes 3:1, “There is a time for everything - a season for every activity under the heavens”. Yet Jesus rebuked religious leaders who were out of sync in Luke 12:56, “You fools! You know how to interpret the weather signs of the earth and sky but fail to interpret the present times.” Are we, too, fools more concerned about tomorrow’s problems, than making ourselves ready for the Lord today? Well, the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) is another wakeup call for us all! In Luke 21:24-28, Jesus warned things would move quickly at the end of the Church Age – when Jerusalem will no longer be ruled over by Gentiles (non-Jews):
24Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the period of the Gentiles comes to an end 25 “And there will be strange signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. 26 People will be terrified at what they see coming upon the earth, for the powers in the heavens will be shaken. 27 Then everyone will see the Son of Man coming on a cloud with
power and great glory. 28 So when all these things begin to happen, stand and LOOK UP, your salvation is near!”
Israel and Iran are now in a war that began on Rosh Hashanah last year, when Hamas attacked Israel! Yesterday Iran launched a missile attack on Israel and Israel is determined to retaliate. Many innocent lives are being destroyed on both sides. The US has nearly 50 thousand soldiers (and armed equipment) in the region to support Israel. Russia and China are threatening to support Iran as another world war is staging in the Middle East - just as Bible prophecy forewarned. So, as you look up notice a strange new sign - the earth now has TWO MOONS!
From 9/29/24 to 11/25/24 asteroid 2024 PT5 will orbit Earth like a mini-moon, before returning to outer space. This strange event aligns with JEWISH FALL FEASTS, US PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS and THANKSGIVING week (which stems from Tabernacles*). LOOK UP, because the heavens declare God’s Glory and reveal knowledge! (Psalm 19:1-2) When we are shaken, look up for the heavens remind us GOD is unshaken - still ready to judge in righteousness! (Psalm 50:6) What ARE the heavens saying? We must interpret the signs or miss the message they reveal. This NEW MOON asteroid is making THE ICTHUS SIGN (fish) in its path around Earth these next 2 months! It’s a reminder that CHRISTIANS ARE FISHERMEN – bringing fish into the boat! So let us pray and praise God - it’s time for a
great catch! He's enabling us to capture men’s hearts and minds, making disciples of Christ like they did in Acts! Time is short! We must BELIEVE GOD IS INTERVENING to keep the Earth from World War 3 before its appointed time and get busy!
The eclipse earlier this year was another heavenly sign, marking 9 cities of Ninevah as it crossed America. Like Ninevah, God is giving America time to repent. Jonah was in the belly of a whale 3 days (like Jesus in the grave), but then miraculously escaped death by the Hand of God! Jonah was delivered to preach SAVING GRACE to an enemy nation caught in darkness. Thankfully all were saved! In Matthew 24:37, Jesus said the end would be “like the days of Noah” . Noah preached 120 years about an ARK (type of Christ) designed to save mankind from a GLOBAL FLOOD! Is it not a prophetic sign that Hamas named their attack on Israel last Rosh Hashanah Operation Al-Aqsa FLOOD?! Indeed, the flood waters of mass destruction are rising and threaten to engulf the globe in another world war.
Now more than ever our Presidential elections matter, for who will speed up WW3 and who will slow it? Study the candidates carefully and pray. It’s not time to “take sides” but to pray for salvation – even for ones we might consider enemies. Whatever happens, humble yourself and pray. (2 Chronicles 7:14) Pray for the PEACE of Jerusalem. (Psalm 122:6) Pray America’s soul will be healed and restored to righteousness. (Psalm 80:7) Pray innocent lives will be spared (Provers 6:16-17) Preach righteous-
ness like Noah and stretch your hand to add another soul to the ARK. (Hebrews 11:7) Don’t be angry like Jonah if God spares hateful people who sincerely repent. Honor LIFE, for God created each one according to His Plan in John 3:16, John 10:10 and Deuteronomy 30:19.

Luke 21:28, “When these things begin to take place, straighten up and LOOK UP, your redemption is near”
