Holy Gospel “Blessed are you among among women” Today, we are all witnessing a crucial moment in the history of God’s plan of salvation that He had prepared since the beginning for each one of us His beloved children. Today, another person, way more important than the Baptist, joins us in our advent reflection. Today, the handmaid of the Lord appears in our readings; Mary appears with the power of her unconditional “yes” to God’s plan. With the apparition of an Angel to Mary, a new era is inaugurated. Because the Angel also mentions Elizabeth and John, Mary understands that they also are a piece in God’s plan of salvation. Through her actions, Mary is showing us what unconditional obedience for the divine plan really means.

Almighty and powerful God, revealing Himself again to those who are meek and humble of heart, is not only inaugurating a new era of conversion and repentance with the Baptist, but also a new era of salvation for all of us through Jesus hidden in the Virgin Mother’s womb.

Mystical experiences through the centuries show for us how the persons who experience them are immediately transformed into loving and caring human beings, impatient for serving others.

Mary is not the exception, she immediately went to serve, to spread the love and generosity contained in her heart among those who needed her despite it was also announced that a sword will pierce her heart.

Today, the Lord wants to give us a heart full of hope and joy. It is only that the joy and hope that He offers is endless, abundant, and real. They cannot be bought at the shopping mall as a Christmas present, neither do they expire or get worn out. His present is forever, because it springs from thankful hearts, from hearts like those one day Mary and Elizabeth offered for His service. In imitation of Mary, and her unconditional answer to God’s plan, let us always give an unconditional “yes” to the Lord.

Estas son las intenciones de oración del Papa Francisco

Intención Universal- Diciembre Los catequistas Recemos por los catequistas, llamados a proclamar la Palabra de Dios: para que sean testigos de ella con valentía, creatividad y con la fuerza del Espíritu Santo.

El día de hoy somos testigos de un momento crucial en la historia del plan de salvación que Dios tiene desde toda la eternidad para nosotros sus hijos. El día de hoy se une a nuestra meditación de adviento un personaje más trascendente que el bautista. Hoy aparece en nuestras lecturas la esclava del Señor; hoy aparece María con toda la fuerza de su “si” incondicional al plan de Dios. Con la aparición del ángel a María, una nueva era es inaugurada. Porque el ángel hablo también acerca de Isabel y Juan, María entiende que ellos son parte del plan divino. María, con sus acciones, inmediatamente nos muestra lo que significa una obediencia incondicional al plan de Dios.

Dios todopoderoso, manifestándose de nuevo no a los poderosos sino a los mansos y humildes de corazón, inaugura no solo una era de arrepentimiento y conversión con el bautista, también una era de salvación para nosotros con Jesús oculto en el vientre de la Virgen Madre.

Experiencias místicas a través de la historia de la espiritualidad cristiana demuestran que la persona que las experimenta se transforma en un ser más amoroso, lleno de compasión, impaciente por servir a los demás. María no es la excepción, inmediatamente se dispone a servir, a repartir amor y generosidad entre aquellos que la necesitan, aun cuando también le había sido anunciado que una espada traspasaría su corazón.

Hoy el Señor quiere regalarnos a cada uno de nosotros un corazón lleno de esperanza y de gozo. Solo que el gozo y la esperanza que El Señor ofrece son auténticos, y no se pueden comprar en las tiendas como regalo navideño, tampoco se desgastan ni se acaban. Su regalo es permanente porque brota de corazones agradecidos, de corazones como los que un día María e Isabel pusieron a su servicio. A ejemplo de María démosle todos un si incondicional al Señor. Dios te salve María, llena eres de….

Bà được chúc phúc giữa các người phụ nữ Hôm nay, chúng ta đang chứng kiến một thời khắc quan trọng lịch sử về chương trình cứu độ mà Thiên Chúa đã chuẩn bị từ thủa ban đầu cho mỗi người chúng ta là những người con yêu qúy của Ngài. Hôm nay, có một nhân vật khác, còn nổi trội hơn Gioan làm phép rửa, cùng gia nhập với chúng ta trong việc suy niệm về mùa vọng này. Hôm nay, người nữ tỳ của Chúa xuất hiện trong những bài đọc của chúng ta; Đức Maria xuất hiện với sức mạnh uy linh đáp lại chương trình của Thiên Chúa bằng hai tiếng “xin vâng” vô điều kiện.

Khi Thiên sứ hiện đến với Đức Maria thì một thế kỷ mới được khởi sự. Vì Thiên sứ đã nhắc tới bà Isave và ông Gioan, nên Đức Maria hiểu rằng cả hai người này cũng góp phần trong chương trình cứu độ của Thiên Chúa. Bằng hành động, Đức Maria đã cho chúng ta biết thế nào là ý nghĩa đích thực của việc xin vâng vô điều kiện theo chương trình của Thiên Chúa.

Thiên Chúa toàn năng và uy hùng, đang tái mạc khải chính Ngài cho những ai hiền lành và khiêm nhường trong lòng, Ngài không chỉ đăng quang một thế kỷ mới cho việc biến đổi và sám hối như cách của Gioan làm phép rửa, mà còn khởi sự một thế kỷ mới mang ơn cứu độ cho tất cả chúng ta qua Đức Giêsu đang ẩn mình trong cung lòng Đức Trinh Nữ Mẹ của Chúa. Những cảm nghiệm thật huyền nhiệm trải qua bao nhiêu thế kỷ đã cho chúng ta biết cách thế mà những người đã nghiêm được những cảm nghiệm ấy biến đổi ra sao; họ lập tức biến thành những kẻ yêu thương, chăm sóc cho nhân loại, và luôn kiên nhẫn phục vụ những người khác. Đức Maria cũng không ngoại lệ, Mẹ lập tức đi phục vụ, trải rộng tình yêu và lòng quảng đại đang chất chứa trong tim cho những người cần đến Mẹ, dẫu rằng một lưỡi gươm sẽ đâm thâu lòng Mẹ như lời đã được loan báo cho Mẹ.

Hôm nay, Chúa muốn ban cho chúng ta một trái tim tràn đầy hy vọng và niềm vui. Chỉ có niềm vui và hy vọng mà Chúa ban tặng mới vô biên, tràn đầy, và chân thật. Chúng không thể mua được tại những cửa hàng mua sắm như những món qùa Giáng Sinh, chúng cũng không bị hết hạn hay bị hư hao theo thời gian. Qùa của Chúa thì vững bền, vì nó phát xuất từ những tâm hồn đầy lòng cảm tạ, từ những trái tim như những tấm lòng mà xưa kia Đức Maria và bà Isave đã dâng hiến để phục vụ Chúa. Bằng cách bắt chước Đức Maria, và gương trả lời vô điều kiện của Mẹ cho chương trình của Thiên Chúa, chúng ta hãy nói “xin vâng” không điều kiện cho Chúa. Kính Mừng Maria đầy Ơn Phúc...
