About us - Our History Our history

Company Policy

We are a family run company founded in the 1980s originally based out of Spain. Since the 80s we have been operating in Spain and Portugal with over 400 stations in the Iberian Peninsula!

We feel it’s important to take care of our staff as with a stable workforce, comes a strong, reliable workforce. We value our staff and we gain experience, knowledge and motivation from them.

We started our activity in Poland in 2009, In the first five years of operation we installed 80 stations in Poland.

The environment is very important to us, we mix several solutions together in order to protect the environment without you losing washing quality.

Our headquarters are based in Warsaw and we also now run production out of Warsaw since 2011.

Originally all production came out of Spain but due to increased demand, we moved it to Poland.

We are not distributors, we have hand crafted our own wash technology and production!

The success of our investors comes from our success, investing in the carwash creates a long term partnership and so our technical and post-sales care offered is just as important as the chosen solution.

Our future plans are really exciting, we plan to extend into more countries throughout Europe and you will regularly see us at trade fairs.

Our technology is what makes us who we are, we don’t allow ourselves to be limited by technical possibilities, and we are continuously developing new solutions to our products.

Constructions We are all visual people, and what stays in our minds are attractive and modern designs. We attach great importance to high quality and exclusively designed stations.

There is a lot of competition in the market, you only have to look at the designs of new shopping centres, restaurants and gas stations to know that how a building looks is just as important as what is inside it. So in order to remain at the forefront of competition, we ensure our installations are attractive and bright yet functional.

Design look This is our exclusive and modern look installation. The construction of this design would suit a really prestigious or prime location due to its modern and fresh design.

It’s constructed from high quality stainless steel AISI316 It’s a really attractive design inspired by beautiful, modern bridge structures (think pillars protruding above the surface of the roof and attached with metal ropes).

The roof is painted, and made of galvanized steel.

The walls are made of an easy clean material. It is covered with polyurethane panels and if you wish to highlight the unique and modern appearance of the roof, you can add an LED neon light.

The design on our walls can be selected from our extensive catalogue or upon special request we can create a unique design specifically for you.

Smart look This is our smart look installation.

It’s a really sleek design with an arched appearance with columns made of stainless steel.

The roof is made of galvanized steel and you do have the option of adding a creative pattern. The walls are made of an easy clean material.

As with all our installations, if you wish to attract night-time drivers you can highlight the unique and modern appearance of the roof by adding an LED neon light.

Basic look This is our most economic installation. This would suit a location that has medium to low traffic, and which the appearance of the car wash is not of primary importance.

It’s a simple yet functional design.

The structure is made of galvanized steel, with a flat roof made of a trapezoidal sheet.

As with all our installations, if you wish to attract night-time drivers you can highlight the roof by adding an LED neon light.

Carwash system COMFORT: About the technical room

Controllers

The equipment is located inside a technical room (technical container) made of sandwich panels, reforced internally with a galvanized steel structure, that makes the cointainer self-supportable making possible it's displacement with the help of a crane, and making it more long lasting.

Each washing bay is equipped with an independent SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC controller with software made by ABOX, that makes the system more reliable and fault-free.

Dosing system

The system is equipped with independent powder detergent hoppers and liquid dosers for each washing bay, that allows a more reliable and faultfree service, as well as precise, continuous chemical dosing, that which results in better cleaning effect.

The main feature of the controllers is the monitoring of the system via the ABOX Cloud service, making possible to get reports by email or check directly with the App for Android or iOS devices.

Water buffer Huge

The system of water supply from reservoirs

Very large supply of water, thanks to independent tanks on softened by the softener system and demineralised water through osmosis system ensures consistent quality service regardless of the traffic on the carwash.

The system is equipped with pumps that draw water from the water tanks to supply the demand of water of the rest of the system, like to RO system or the high pressure pumps.

Thanks to this system, along with the water buffer, the wash service is independent of the pressure of the urban water network.

(NOTE!) Additional water tank with recoil osmosis produced by the production process of demineralized water allows a large water savings.

Activated carbon system The system equipped with dechlorating system, in the form of 75-liter bottle equipped with a controller, which is filled with activated carbon. It is a unique solution on the market that lengthen the working life of the membranes of the RO system.

Water softening system The installed water softening system is equipped with two columns and a volumetric controller that supplies soft water countinuously, without interruption. When one column needs to be regenerated, the second one continues filtrating water.

(NOTE!) Other systems available in the market have chronometric softnening system, having just one column. In case the column needs to regenerate, during the process the carwash will work with hard water!

Carwash system COMFORT (cont.): Demineralizated water

Osmose

GOOD!

RO water demineralizating system, also known just as osmose system, is design to supply demineralizated water 24/7, independently of the usage of the carwash. Because the availability of the demineralizated water is crucial for the quality of the service, our system is equipped with an higher production of water.

Our carwash system COMFORT makes use of demineralizated water in almost all of the programs with exception of the hot water wash program. Thanks to this the washing result is superior and the customer satisfaction is assured, it doesn't matter if the customer stops washing in the Rinsing program or the Glossing program, the washing result will be excellent and spots-free.

(NOTE!) Most of the washing system available in the market, just use soft water or water directly from the urban water network to rinse or even more programs. Because of this, if the customer just washes and rinses the car, the result won't be as desired.

(GOOD!) Only our systems take use the water of the recoil of the RO system to be used in the Washing program, saving a lot of water. Other systems available in the market just throw the recoil water to the sewerage.

Water heating system The system has a two function boiler, that produces water at 60 degrees, temperature needed for a high quality results, as well as warms the antifreezing system installed in the ground of the washing bays (in case this system is installed)

Pumps The high pressure system is equipped with high quality pumps from CATPUMPS, with electric motors working at 940RPM and vibration dampeners, all of this make the working life of the pumps much longer. The system makes possible the precise setting of the working pressure thanks to the installed pressure regulators with manual handle.
