valuable ? create valuable environtment which is different with the neighbourhood zone ? VALUABLE in different meanings show that money and energy is a real valuable things, so reducing energy use can reducing wasting money to much.

This building using 3 zone public, semi public, and private. Ground Floor & Basement is public zone, 1 floor is Semi Public Zone and 2 & 3 floor is private zone. In case of using low energy this building using mixed ventilation and using glass to get free lighting from sun also using automatic lights off if that building got much lighting.

CONCLUSION
GRAND CONCEPT of low pressure was answered by making the simple zoning, using glass as the wall and make an open space just to give more space. ? GRAND CONCEPT of low pressure was answered once again by making an unusual office such as giving a bar, gym, and sleeping room (for siesta and late night work). ? GRAND CONCEPT of Valuable was answered by giving a different condition from ground floor to the third floor ? Valuable moment was feel when you using connecting bridge in the 1 floor (semipublic). this connecting bridge is giving to they’re an outsider who never work in here or having any business in this studio, and this connecting bridge located more close to the interface of building just to show this is not a private bridge ? Different with 3 floor bridge which is more deep inside is just to show this floor and this bridge is just for insider (private) ? GRAND CONCEPT of Valuable was answered by using smart technology, which is reduce energy usage such as, automatic lamps off, automatic AC, & all the corridors using natural ventilation ?
