Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, we are excited to walk together with you. If you’re new, we’d like to give you a free gift, (no strings attached), just stop by a host station.

Do you have friends and loved ones who claim the name “Atheist”, choosing to keep their distance from “God” due to the “evidence” they lack? This series, developed and taught by our Christ Journey Teaching Pastor team, may be just the thing to take your thoughtful conversations to the next level. No. Nobody’s picking a fight here. But we will be exploring the following provocative questions and providing some answers you may find surprising! How is God a Logical Idea? Isn’t the Bible a Book of Crazy Rules and Bigotry? Doesn’t Science Disprove “God”? What About Suffering and Hell? “God” is a Man-made Idea? Why’s Your “God” Better than Mine? What Good is a “God”? Don’t miss our workshop with Dr. Norman Geisler, an outstanding scholar, theologian, and the author of over 60 books. He will be live at Christ Journey Coral Gables on January 16-17 sharing three lectures of compelling content from his book, I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist. What a privilege is ours to host this special learning event.

I’M AT A DEAD END. I’m almost 40 years old. I’ve wasted my life. So says “Phil” in City Slickers when he breaks down in the tent after confronting a gang of drunk cowhands. Billy Crystal’s character reminds him that when they were kids and playing ball, if the ball got stuck in a tree they’d yell “Do over!” He tells Phil that his life is a clean slate. He has a “do over”. If God didn’t give “do overs” where would we be? I’d be in more trouble than I currently am, for sure! As the new calendar year begins, let’s remember we serve a God who gives “do overs”. Simon Peter not only received them from Jesus, but led early Christ followers to expect them from God and offer them to each other. “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” “Above all things, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.” (1 Peter 5:10, 4:8)
