find and follow Christ.
FRONT AND CENTER
Thank you for choosing a seat toward the front and center of the Auditorium when we come together to worship as a community. This helps your mind and heart remain engaged as others discreetly find open seating in the back once the experience has begun.
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, we are excited to walk together with you. If you’re new, we’d like to give you a free gift, (no strings attached), just stop by a host station.

NEW COMMANDMENT MEN’S MINISTRY
Cluttered. Chaotic. Hectic. Harried. Complicated. And oh, so busy, busy, busy... Ever feel like the pace of your life is “everything. ALL THE TIME!”? A recent survey reported Florida is the #1 stressed out state in America. It’s insane. How refreshing would it be to find some breathing room? Some margin? Some white space in which to live? Our new series (August 17 - September 28) will focus on God’s remedy in cleaning the clutter and restoring healthy margin in our lives. To a distraught disciple who felt life coming unraveled, Jesus said, “You are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed.” Join us in our passionate pursuit of the necessary thing that truly helps you simplify.

“By yourself you’re unprotected. With a friend you can face the worst. Can you round up a third?” Ecclesiastes 4:12
The wise King Solomon knew that life is better CONNECTED! Here at Christ Journey we share the same idea and believe that Groups provide the best opportunity to CONNECT as you find community with others and grow in God’s word. In Groups we grow spiritually, share common interests and find strength in our brokenness – as we build friendships that last a lifetime. Have you considered joining a group? Don’t just come to church, CONNECT & BE the church! Most groups take a break during the months of summer. All Groups will kick off the weekend of September 14. Don’t miss out! Save the date and GET CONNECTED!

As summer winds down and our ministries prepare for a new fall launch, please join me in reflecting on some texts from God’s Word that infuse me with new hope and strength. “Nothing is impossible with God.” Luke 1:37 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27 “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God you will receive what he has promised.” Hebrews 10:35-36
ORANGE SUNDAY
As the summer is winding down, Family Ministry’s staff and dedicated volunteers are gearing up with exciting environments for kids and teens. Orange Sunday is our big kick-off for the new ministry year. While kids and teens are promoted to their new classes or environments, they will see old friends and meet new volunteers that will help them find and follow Christ. Orange Sunday is also an opportunity for us to partner with parents in their unique role in the life of their child or teen. At Christ Journey we want kids to be excited as they grow in their faith. We also want to inspire and equip parents to be the best they can be at leading their families. We call that thinking orange. Come on Orange Sunday to see first hand how Orange can help your family experience have a more vibrant and abundant life in Christ! Discovery Land: Preschoolers 10 weeks – PreK-5 yr olds Highway: Kindergarten – 5th Graders FamJamz: Elementary kids and parents (1st Sunday of each month) Shift: 6-8th Grade Students Velocity: 9-12th Grade Students Parent Intensives and Small Groups for Parents
