Archi-Graphic would become an exploration into the world of diagrams and their ability to illustrate relationships. Engaging in questions seldom asked within architectural culture became a point of fascination. Collaborative efforts were made in discovering relationships between some of the most iconic architects of our time and doing so would provide tactful skills in new ways to present information. From demographics to color theory as it pertained to classical artists, Archi-Graphic serves as an testament to the power of diagram and how it can convey ideas on a multitude of levels.

The Covina Office renovation was a project done specifically for Lupine Construction & Development in order to meet the demands of the growing company. This project would become the first major engagement within the professional realm of Architecture. Having to oversee the planning and submittal of Construction Documents from conception to construction. Responsible for Job Captain tasks as well as dealing with City Plan Check & Submittals. Compiled the CD set under the supervision of a licensed Architect.

TARGET RENOVATIONS
TYPE RETAIL YEAR 2017-2018 LOCATION NEW BERLIN, WI ROLE LEAD LEAD DRAFTSMAN / MENTORING / COORDINATION STATUS BUILT 2018 | PROGRAM REVIT
Multiple renovations were completed from 2017-2018 for Target. During these projects I was tasked with drafting and submittal of Construction Documents from conception to construction, coordinating with consultants and ensuring very tight project timelines were met. I was also asked to mentor newer draftsmen, mark-up their work and answer questions. The photographs shown are of a constructed project I was the lead on, located in New Berlin, WI.
OLIVE GARDEN PROTO-TYPE
TYPE RESTURANT LOCATION ORLANDO, FLORIDA ROLE DRAFTSMAN STATUS BULIT 2019 | PROGRAM REVIT
New design & proto-type developed for Olive Garden. During this project I was tasked with drafting, detail, elevation drawings. Drawings were completed with a team of four. This process was extensive and required much coordination between consultants and interior designers. The project has been in operation since 2019.

Pro Photo Connection was a renovation that was done for a client in response to meet the way in which customers would engage in the built retail environment. This was a project where I was tasked with overseeing the planning and submittal of Construction Documents from conception to construction, coordinating with consultants and ensuring very tight project timeline. I was also tasked with setting up and meeting with the client to respond directly to their needs/desires for the space.
CAMBRIA HOTEL
TYPE HOSPITALITY YEAR 2019 - 2020 LOCATION PLEASANT HILL, CALIFORNIA ROLE DRAFTSMAN / COORDINATION STATUS CDS COMPLETED 2020 | PROGRAM REVIT
The Cambria Hotel was proposed in response to the demands of the ever growing tourist industry of Pleasant Hill, California. This hotel was designed in a way to help integrate the existing context of the site a well as provide multi-use components for the hotel guests. The building was to also become a destination for the city of Pleasant Hill. I was tasked with coordinating with consultants, drafting, and preparing Construction Documents for City Submittal. This project was done with a team of four.
