Returning Products:
• To ensure proper credit to your account, enclose a copy of the invoice in the box with the returned item and indicate your reason for the return. All items must be free of price tags or markings.

• All shortages must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days after receipt. Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within 15 days.
