FOR THE ONE. FOR THE MANY. FOR THE FUTURE. In 2025, we launched our first Impact Offering, and we could not be more grateful for the way you responded as a church. As many of you prayerfully considered who your One was, we saw how personal this vision became, with people stepping out in faith and believing for specific lives to be changed. Because of your faithful prayers and generosity, we’ve seen lives changed, communities restored, and generations impacted. As you turn these pages, you’ll see those stories of impact come to life. What we have given together is more than a number on a page. It is part of a greater story God is writing in people’s lives. This year, through the Impact Offering, we are believing for the one who’s searching for a place to belong. We are believing for the many in our cities and around the world who need to experience the tangible love of Jesus. We are believing for the future of a generation that is desperate for purpose, identity, and truth. We are believing for God’s will to be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
And while we’re grateful for all God has done, we believe there is so much more He is wanting to do in our lives and through His Church. There is a great move of God happening right here in South Florida and around the world. The impact is reaching far beyond the walls of our church, and together, we have an opportunity to be part of what God is doing. We invite you to seek the Lord and pray about how God is calling you to be part of an impact that extends far beyond this moment. As we continue to pursue the vision He has given our church to lead a radical transformation in our region, we are stretching our reach into new places and strengthening our roots in the communities we already call home. We are making room for more people to encounter Jesus and live the life He created them for. Because behind every new location, every service, and every opportunity is the same mission: to reach the one. The one who has not yet experienced the hope of Jesus. The one whose story is still waiting to be transformed. The one God loves and is calling home. “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.” Isaiah 54:2

JUSTIN & RHONDA’S STORY
WHEN IMPACT COMES FULL CIRCLE In 2011, Justin and Rhonda were walking through one of the most difficult seasons of their marriage. Their family was hurting, their marriage needed healing, and they found themselves at a crossroads, wondering where to turn. What they didn’t know was that God had a plan to use their family to impact thousands. Later that year, they brought their children to enjoy a Christ Fellowship Christmas service. They expected to visit once and move on—but once the service ended, their kids were asking to come back! At a time when Justin and Rhonda were finding their footing, their children found a place where they were known, loved, and excited to belong. So they kept coming back, one Sunday after another, until they realized they had found the church they’d call home. As Justin and Rhonda became planted at Christ Fellowship, they grew in their faith, they found life-giving community, and God completely transformed their marriage. Their children are growing up surrounded by people invested in their journey with Jesus. And as a family, they have committed to building God’s Church through faithful serving and giving.
Today, that investment continues to multiply. Justin and Rhonda have mentored numerous couples, sharing their story of God’s redemptive work in their marriage, and their children love to serve. Together, they carry the love of Jesus beyond the walls of the church, into their business, relationships, and beyond. They live with a bold conviction: everything belongs to God, and everything He’s entrusted to them is a chance to build His Kingdom. God turned their season of sorrow into a story of joy. What began as a couple searching for hope became an entire family helping others find that same hope. More than a decade later, the impact of that first visit continues to multiply through their family and into the lives of others. Because when we make room for God to transform one family, the impact multiplies.

As our Boca Raton campus continues to see tremendous growth each Sunday, we have added services this year to make room for more people to experience the hope of Jesus in our current building. Now, construction of the new Boca Raton campus is nearing completion, and we are preparing to welcome our Christ Fellowship Boca Raton family into their new home in December of 2026. Your generosity through this year’s Impact Offering will allow us to bring this vision to life, making room for more families in Boca Raton to experience the hope of Jesus.

Did You Know? Over 270,000 kids and students live within a 15-mile radius of our new Boca Raton campus. Through our Get There First mission, we’re believing this campus will become a place where revival sparks in the hearts of the next generation and spreads to their families, their neighborhoods, and throughout the entire city of Boca Raton.

PRISON MINISTRY Reaching Beyond the Walls No past is too broken, and no story is beyond God’s redemption. Through our prison church locations, we’re committed to reaching the one whose story is still being written. By holding weekly chapel services, discipleship groups, and mentorship opportunities, we’re reminding incarcerated men and women that their past doesn’t define their future.

Looking Ahead We believe true freedom begins the moment someone encounters Jesus. Our giving this year will allow us to expand into more correctional facilities in 2027, and we’re believing God for even more. OKEECHOBEE IMPACT UPDATE
Since 2014, Christ Fellowship Okeechobee has been faithfully serving the people who call this community home. What began in a renovated church building has grown over the years as more people have encountered Jesus, found community, and stepped into the life God created them for. In 2026, our Okeechobee campus Dream Team served 725 families every month through food distributions, Campus Pastors Matt and Tracy Bowen continued to serve as chaplains at the Okeechobee City Police Department, and countless lives were impacted through weekly services. From the church to the schools and neighborhoods, this campus has planted seeds of hope that have taken root throughout the entire community.

With deep roots already established and ministry continuing to grow, we are preparing for what is next. Last year, we purchased land for a future permanent campus, and construction is set to begin next year. LOCAL PROJE RESPONDING TO HUNGER
South Florida is hungry for hope, and the local church is stepping up. Did you know that in Florida, 1 in 7 people experience food insecurity? This is why we’ve partnered with many local organizations, feeding centers, and food banks to feed our underserved and homeless communities. This year, we served over 20,000* meals through our Food Truck and outreach events, and distributed more than 400,000 pounds of food through our Missions Distribution Center with the help of local and global partners. Every week, our teams are helping meet tangible needs by providing hot meals to families across our region. Week after week, we’re serving at: • The Lewis Center — providing meals for families in need of housing and essential support services. • Central Housing Center in Lake Worth — serving meals to families experiencing housing instability. • Melissa’s Place in Belle Glade — bringing weekly meals to individuals and families in need. Beyond meeting a physical need, every meal is an opportunity to remind someone they are seen, loved, and prayed for.

FOSTER & ADOPTIVE CARE Did You Know? So far this year, over 271 children have entered foster care in our region, but due to a shortage of foster families, 182 children couldn’t be placed in a home. Imagine if 200 families in our church opened their homes, every child in our local foster care system could have a safe, loving place to belong. Through the Impact Offering, we’re partnering with: • 4KIDS — helping meet practical needs for children in foster care and supporting foster and adoptive families. • Place of Hope — providing care, support, and stable housing for children and families in our community. • Joann’s Cottage — coming alongside young, at-risk moms and their babies. • Foster & Adoptive Care Dream Team — equipping and supporting families in our church who have opened their homes.
Kids Night Out Each month, foster and adopted children enjoy an evening filled with fun, friendship, and the love of Jesus. These nights provide a few hours of needed respite for our families who have opened their homes to children in need, and a night of encouragement and joy for their kids. Last year, your generosity not only made it possible for these nights to happen, but also provided brand new pairs of shoes, gifts to put under the Christmas tree, and essential school supplies for over 175 children at Kids Night Out.
It Takes A Village The support doesn’t stop with Kids Night Out! Throughout the year, our Dream Team surrounds and supports foster and adoptive families by babysitting, providing meals, hosting support groups for parents, donating items when families have urgent needs, and providing scholarships for kids to attend our summer camps.

BUILDING 52 HOMES IN CENTRAL AMERICA Last year, we launched a new partnership with Hope Project International and committed to helping build 52 homes for families in a rural community in Central America, where 1 in 10 people live in inadequate housing. Since then, we’ve sent teams of students, men, and people of all ages from our church to help

bring hope one home at a time. Because of your generosity, all 52 homes have been completed! Every home starts with a foundation, but the impact reaches far beyond its walls. Parents can find peace of mind, children can flourish without the risk of illness, and hope becomes more than something imagined; it becomes reality.

For many families in this community, “home” means dirt floors, increasing the risk of illness and parasitic infections, limiting healthy child development, and making daily life more difficult. The impact doesn’t stop here. In 2027, we plan to continue building homes for families in need. WATOTO Did You Know?
Watoto means “children” in Swahili! Through our partnership with Watoto, we’re dedicated to reaching the many children in Uganda who need hope and healing. Home to more than 3,000 vulnerable women and children, Watoto is continuously creating spaces where children are known, loved, and raised to walk in their God-given identity. And your generosity has been part of this impact! In 2026, you helped: • Sponsor a new Watoto Village, providing for 72 children • Fund two 4x4 vehicles, reaching vulnerable children in remote villages • Equip hundreds of child athletes in Watoto Sports Academy with new gear • Renovate the Watoto Medical Center, giving single mothers exceptional, compassionate care

REACHING THE NATIONS: KENYA
HOPE THAT FLOWS For 10+ years, we have partnered with WorldServe to bring clean drinking water to Kenya. This year, we expanded that impact by drilling two new solar-powered water wells and adding another water truck, bringing clean drinking water closer to families that once walked up to 12 miles to reach a seasonal spring. This year, our Christ Fellowship Kids are giving their Impact Offering to provide hundreds of water filters to schools and city centers, helping thousands of people access safe drinking water.
What’s Ahead? There’s still a deep need for hope to flow through Kenya. 84% of Kenyan households are exposed to toxic household pollution due to traditional cooking methods. In 2027, our Sisterhood team will partner with WorldServe to provide fuel-efficient, smokeless stoves to vulnerable families across Kenya—reducing the risk of respiratory illness and creating new opportunities for people in Kenya to experience the hope of Jesus.

ONE HOPE: SHARING THE GOSPEL UNTIL EVERYONE HEARS The 10/40 Window More than 5 billion people live in a region of the world known as the 10/40 Window, stretching across North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. For many, access to the gospel is extremely limited, making it the largest group of unreached people in the world. OneHope is an organization committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to know Jesus, no matter where they are, by putting Bibles and Scripture resources in the hands of kids who may have never heard the name of Jesus. Through our partnership with OneHope, we’re equipping local leaders to shine the light of the gospel—helping people encounter Jesus in their native languages through Scripture, discipleship, and spirit-led youth programs.
Meet Poko Togo, Africa
Poko grew up in a village torn by tribal conflict, shaped by spiritual darkness, and plagued with idol worship. Everything changed when she encountered Jesus through a film brought to her village by OneHope. Today, Poko’s faith continues to impact her family and community as she boldly shares the hope of Jesus with others. Poko’s story is just one of millions that OneHope is helping to rewrite. 24

ARC
The Association of Related Churches (ARC) exists to see a thriving church in every community across the world. Through our partnership with ARC, we’ve been a part of planting 55 churches this past year in the United States, Brazil, Honduras, throughout Europe, and across the world. This year, we’ve specifically partnered with ARC Europe to help plant and revitalize life-giving churches in unreached cities all across Europe.
Abbey Life Church, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland Through our partnership with ARC Europe, we’re a part of helping Abbey Life Church in Northern Ireland restore a historic church into a permanent home where people can encounter Jesus and discover their purpose.
Infinity Church Update London, England Last year, we celebrated the launch of Infinity Church in London with Pastors Tyron and Jenny. This year, we’re helping them take the next step by providing support that will allow them to continue reaching one of Europe’s most unchurched cities. God is awakening revival in the hearts of His people, and through our partnership with ARC, we’re creating opportunities for people in Europe and across the world to encounter Jesus.

NEXT GENERATI Get There First Every day, the next generation is being shaped by the world around them. With countless voices competing for their hearts, it can be difficult to cut through the noise and discover their God-given purpose. That’s why, in 2023, we committed to the strategic mission to Get There First—because in the race to the heart of the next generation, the first one there wins. Since launching this strategy, we’ve seen God move in miraculous ways in the next generation. We’ve seen revival spring up in our Kids, Students, and Young Adults, and we know God’s not done. The next generation is searching for purpose, identity, and truth. That’s why we’re dedicated to reaching them with the hope of Jesus. Not just on Sundays, but throughout the week at our church, in their schools and campuses, and in the community. Because the impact we’re making is not just for today—it’s for the future.

Christ Fellowship Kids is not babysitting, it’s all about introducing kids to Jesus at their level! KIDS UNIVERSITY The race to the heart of the next generation is more than just Sunday! Every week, more than 770 elementary-aged kids gather for Kids U, our midweek discipleship program, where they learn God’s word through Bible engagement, interactive activities, and intentional small group time. Meet Liliana When Liliana attended Middle School Spring Retreat during her 6th grade year, she asked her leaders to pray that she would grow more confident in publicly worshipping and praying for others. Two years later, Liliana is now in 8th grade, on fire for Jesus, praying for her peers in small group, and worshipping boldly at Wednesday night services.
I love that CFStudents feels like home. It’s helping me grow in my relationship with God. As students, most of us go through similar struggles, so I like that we build each other up in Christ. Liliana IMPACT OFFERING • 33
THE GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING When Gary received a scholarship to MVMNT Camp, he thought he was getting a week away. Instead, it became the beginning of a life changed by Jesus. He arrived as a lonely and nervous high school senior, but at camp, Gary found more than friendship and fun. He said yes to a deeper relationship with Jesus, discovered a community of students pursuing God together, and began walking in his God-given purpose. Today, Gary serves as a student leader at his campus, helping others experience the same hope that changed his life. Gary was one of 523 students who attended camp through sponsorship last year. What began with someone’s generosity became an eternal investment in his future, and in the lives of the students he is now helping lead. We believe finances should never stand between a student and an opportunity to encounter Jesus. Every scholarship creates space for a young person to build a faith that can impact their family, their community, and their future. This is how we invest in the future.

RAISING UP FUTURE LEADERS Summer Camps & Retreats Life-changing moments don’t happen by accident. They happen through impact. Throughout the year, our Kids and Students have opportunities to encounter Jesus and discover their purpose through camps and retreats. From Kids Camp to MVMNT Camp, to Called Retreat and Student Leadership University, these moments are shaping our next pastors, teachers, doctors, and leaders. But for many Kids and Students, the only thing standing between them and this encounter with Jesus is the cost of attending. This is why camp scholarships matter.

REACHING STUDENTS WHERE THEY ARE 36
ON-CAMPUS CLUBS Fun Fact 20% of South Florida’s population is youth! As the next generation grows, we’re dedicated to reaching them where they are—from the classrooms to the sports fields. With over 26 weekly First Priority meetings, we’re bringing the gospel to students who may never attend church on a Sunday.
First Priority We’re committed to bringing hope into the hallways of our local schools. Through our partnership with First Priority, we helped impact over 1,200 students across our region in 2026. Classrooms are becoming the new mission field, and we have a goal to bring the gospel to more schools than ever before in 2027.

THERE FIRST STRYKER’S IMPACT STORY For months, God was stirring Stryker’s heart to start a First Priority club at his middle school. With a desire to see more of his peers know Jesus, he stepped out in faith and launched a club on his campus. Stryker prayed that 19 students would join his club. But God did far more than he could have asked or imagined. On launch day, 46 students showed up, and since starting a First Priority club, he’s had over 90 students attend.
One of my friends had been refusing my invitation to church for a while. Then he came to my First Priority club on launch day and accepted Jesus. Stryker
Stryker’s story is a reminder that God doesn’t wait until we’re adults to use our gifts. When students are equipped to lead, they become a light in their schools that shines for the one, for the many, and for the future.

That’s why we’re committed to creating spaces where they can build meaningful community, find Jesus, and confidently walk in their calling. Every week, hundreds of young adults gather across our campuses on Tuesday nights for 20s + 30s, and Thursday nights for College Nights to worship, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and connect with others in their season of life.

FRANKIE’S STORY
ONE YES. ONE YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION. For years, Frankie tried to write his own story. He had many plans for his life, chased his own direction, yet he found himself longing for something more. Deep down, he knew God was calling him home. When a neighbor invited him to Christ Fellowship, he decided to take one step through the doors, and it marked the beginning of a new story. During Revival Nights 2025, Frankie heard Pastor Todd’s challenge, “Give God your year,” and he immediately fell to his knees, surrendered his life to Jesus, and chose to put down the pen, trusting God to be the Author of his story. It wasn’t an overnight transformation. Frankie decided to keep saying “yes” to Jesus daily! He found a place to belong at 20s + 30s and faithfully showed up each week—serving and building friendships that have become family. You can find him serving joyfully on the Dream Team every Sunday, and often inviting others to experience the same life transformation he has. Today, Frankie wakes up with a heart on fire for Jesus, eager to see how God will use him each day. His story is a reminder that one invitation can change a life, one “yes” to Jesus can begin a powerful journey of transformation, and every opportunity we create for the next generation to encounter Jesus is an investment in the future.

CHRIST FELLOWSHIP SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY 10 Years of Equipping Future Leaders For the past 10 years, Christ Fellowship Southeastern University (CFSEU) has been equipping undergraduate and graduate students to lead with character, conviction, and purpose. What began as a vision to provide practical, Christ-centered collegiate education has grown into a thriving community where students are walking into their callings, developing as leaders, and leaving a lasting impact on the Church, the marketplace, and the future.
After coming for a tour [of CFSEU], I found exactly what I had been missing: godly community. I am so thankful for the staff of CFSEU and my church family...God showed me over these years why He gifts us community. I started somewhat aimlessly, and now I’m leaving here with purpose. We all need vision, accountability, and belonging. Three gifts I found through CFSEU. 40

Project Vision Through a new partnership with Shepherds College, Christ Fellowship is creating opportunities for Young Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to thrive in every area of life.

I WAS REALLY CLOSE WITH ONE OF MY LEADERS GROWING UP, AND IT SET ME UP ON THE RIGHT PATH. NOW, I SAID YES TO SERVING WITH KIDS, BECAUSE I GET TO BE THAT ‘SOMEBODY’ TO SOMEBODY ELSE.
