VISION FOR THE IMPACT OFFERING

EVERYONE. EVERYDAY. EVERYWHERE.

We want to see people’s lives radically transformed by Jesus—everyone, everyday, everywhere.

As you flip through this book, you’ll see the incredible ways your generosity has already made a difference—you’ll see the numbers of lives changed, families restored, and communities transformed. But we don’t want you to just see numbers…

Because every number has a name, every name has a story, and every story matters to God. So while our vision is for everyone, this offering is For The One—for the one who’s lost and looking for hope. For the one who’s waiting for someone to care. For the one who hasn’t yet been impacted by the love and message of Jesus. For the one God has placed on your

heart. And above all, for the One who gave us everything. So, we’re asking that you start praying about the impact God is calling you to make. We believe every gift given this year, whether large or small, will echo through eternity.

Reaching the world starts with reaching one—through one act of faith. One step of obedience. One gift that could lead to one life forever changed.

We can’t wait to see the impact we make for the Kingdom, together!

EVERYONE. EVERYDAY. EVERYWHERE.

BOCA RATON

PROJECT UPDATE

What started as a pop-up campus in the southernmost part of our region has become one of our fastest-growing church families. Christ Fellowship Boca Raton is experiencing remarkable momentum—evident in moments like this past Easter, when more than 2,600 people filled our services.

We initially planned to expand our current site with a 400seat auditorium, but as we prayed, God opened a better door just down the road. Now, with approved plans in place and construction underway, we’re transforming the former Macy’s Furniture Store on Glades Road into a 1,200-seat sanctuary with space for every generation.

Once known as a quiet place to retire, Boca Raton is quickly becoming a vibrant hub for young professionals, growing families, and new businesses. As more people move here looking for purpose and opportunity, we believe God is positioning us to meet them with hope, community, and the message of Jesus.

With nearly 100,000 residents and thousands of new homes being built, we believe this new campus will be more than a building—it will be a beacon of life in the heart of the city.

IT’S NOT ABOUT BUILDINGS— IT’S ABOUT BELONGING

Tad and Ashley had everything lined up— careers, a home, two kids, and a steady rhythm of life. But they knew something was missing.

When they moved to Westlake, a simple invite from their neighbors became the thread God used to draw them to church.

Sundays at Christ Fellowship soon became non-negotiable, they started reading the Bible, and joined a small group.

With an education and career in Aerospace Engineering, Tad had plenty of questions about faith. “But everyone gave me permission to go on my own journey at my own pace,” he said.

Neither Tad nor Ashley grew up in church, but their kids began praying for family members before bed and asking big questions about God. Even when they didn’t have the answers, the family learned together—discovering forgiveness, peace,

and grace. “They’re growing up knowing God is always with them,” Ashley said, “and they’ll carry a strength we never had.”

Eventually, Tad and Ashley couldn’t wait any longer to declare their faith. They invited close friends and neighbors to their home, where Pastor Jonathan baptized them in their backyard pool. Today, Tad serves on the worship team with his brother, Ashley serves in Christ Fellowship Kids, and together they gather friends and family to join them on Sundays. “Our group has grown so big that when we go to lunch after church, we fill the whole restaurant,” said Tad.

Tad and Ashley no longer feel like something is missing—and it all started with an invite.

Expansion isn’t about buildings—it’s about creating places where people like Tad and Ashley can encounter Jesus, discover purpose, and finally experience the “more” to life their souls were searching for.

OKEECHOBEE

We’re building more than a church. We’re building a future.

Christ Fellowship Okeechobee has always had a deep heartbeat for its community. From weekly services to citywide food distributions, this campus has become a tangible expression of hope to families across the region.

Now, God has opened the door for what’s next.

PROJECT UPDATE

We’ve officially closed on new land to build a permanent home—strategically located next to a neighborhood where over 1,300 new homes are planned. Plans are already underway for a 25,000-square-foot facility that will serve as a hub for ministry, family, outreach, and worship. Construction is set to begin in 2026.

Community leaders are preparing for intentional, planned growth—especially as graduates move away and return—creating new homes, businesses, and momentum in a city that’s ready for what’s next.

This isn’t just a building project. It’s a kingdom opportunity to plant deep roots in a city that’s growing—and to show every person who walks through the doors that there’s a God who sees them, knows them, and has a purpose for their life.

PRISON MINISTRY

We believe every person has a God-given purpose—no matter their past, no matter where they are.

That’s why our prison church locations are growing—to bring the hope and message of Jesus to men and women in correctional facilities across our state and beyond.

Since 2019, we’ve launched weekly services in three state prisons, partnered with the PandoApp to deliver faith-based content into facilities across the country, and held worship experiences across multiple correctional sites— including 10 Easter services this year alone.

And now, new doors are opening.

Through a new partnership with Rock Road Jail and the recently appointed sheriff—who’s

part of our Christ Fellowship family—we’ve been invited to serve through chapels, groups, and mentorship. With nearby campuses in Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach, we’re also building support for officers, staff, and families impacted by the justice system.

We see a future where every correctional facility in our region has a consistent opportunity for people to encounter Jesus—and where lives, families, and futures are being transformed from the inside out.

Because the church isn’t just called to go where it’s easy—we’re called to go where it matters.

FINDING FREEDOM

As Markaveus’ mom watched her son fall into a life of violence, gangs, and drugs, she prayed diligently that he would remember the values she tried to instill in him. But it wasn’t long before Markaveus ended up in jail with felony charges, awaiting trial and the likelihood of a lengthy prison sentence. He was only in his early twenties, yet his future looked bleak. But what looked like a dead end became a U-turn in God’s hands as two men from Christ Fellowship, Ray and Jake, welcomed him into their Bible study. Every week for two years, they met with Markaveus in jail, discipling him and witnessing God transform his life. Before long, he was helping lead the Bible study, praying with others, and sharing his faith boldly with fellow inmates. Markaveus was released in

the spring of 2025 and didn’t waste any time hopping on a bus to attend a Christ Fellowship service in person at the Port St. Lucie campus. When he found out baptisms were happening that day, he didn’t hesitate. He turned to Ray and said, “For the last couple of days, I’ve been praying for an opportunity to be baptized, and Jesus answered my prayer!”

“I walked out a free man in more ways than one.”

God answered Markaveus’ prayer, and his mom’s prayers, too. Because of servants like Ray and Jake in Christ Fellowship’s jail ministry, God can turn lives like Markaveus’ from a path of destruction to a life of freedom and purpose.

GET THERE FIRST

Reaching the next generation for Jesus

3, 249

In the race to the heart of the next generation, the first one there wins. This is why our church launched Get There First—a multi-year strategy to do more to reach the next generation for Christ. This isn’t just a vision to lead a radical transformation in our region —we’re believing in a radical transformation of a generation.

Through sports and Bible clubs like Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and First Priority, we’re reaching students in 33 schools across our region

We hosted our first-ever Spring Break Day Camp for over 80 foster children in our church

We will continue to grow our annual Called Retreat, a retreat for students who specifically feel called into ministry and mission work, championing this calling and equipping them with practical next steps.

There are 30 additional schools in our region ready to launch First Priority Bible Clubs and we want to be ready with resources and relationships to meet these students right where they are!

JJ, a faithful and dedicated group leader in the Studio, has a heart for the next generation that’s unmatched. So much so that when one of the kids he leads wanted to get baptized, JJ returned home early from his family vacation so he could stand alongside the child in their milestone moment—talk about getting there first!

RAISING UP THE NEXT GENERATION

We’re passionate about raising up the next generation of ministry leaders. Through our apprenticeship, internship, and residency programs, students and young adults get hands-on experience, mentorship, and training to help them step confidently into their calling.

COLLEGE NIGHTS

No college student or young adult should have to figure out life, meaning, and purpose on their own. We believe they are a vital part of the church. Every week, through 20s + 30s and College Nights, young adults are building real friendships, finding answers to big questions, and growing into who God created them to be.

PROJECT UPDATE

Every Thursday night, hundreds of college students representing universities in our region like Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach State College, Florida Atlantic University, and Southeastern University at Christ Fellowship unite under one roof to do life together. And we’re just getting started. We plan to expand to more locations so every student can find community and grow in their faith.

“I moved to Florida for college, and one Thursday night a friend invited me to College Nights. I had never seen so many young people on fire for Jesus — it completely changed my life. Now I serve on Sundays at the Trinity campus and recently returned from a mission trip to Italy through

A PLACE OF BELONGING

After a lonely start to her college experience, Addi’s path began to change when someone suggested Southeastern University at Christ Fellowship (CFSEU). When Addi learned that her brother had visited Christ Fellowship, it was another nudge of confirmation that CFSEU was where she was supposed to be. Addi transferred, and it didn’t take long for her to find a place of belonging. She dove into College Nights, Young Adults, CFStudents, and Celebrate Recovery, building meaningful connections along the way. Surrounded by supportive leaders, professors, and peers, Addi’s faith grew stronger, and her passion for pursuing God through her education deepened. She graduated in 2025 with her degree in pastoral care and counseling—her loneliness was replaced with lasting community and lifelong friendships.

“I

didn’t just get an education from a textbook or by studying for tests; I got to learn and grow with real-life experience. I was cared for as a person and got the best of both worlds—the practical and the personal.”

SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY AT CHRIST FELLOWSHIP

In 2016, we launched Southeastern University at Christ Fellowship with a vision to provide outstanding Christian leadership training through accredited classes for Dual Enrollment, Undergraduate, and Master’s Degrees. As we look to expand and enhance CFSEU in the years to come, our vision is to increase enrollment and expand student housing.

This year, we enhanced the student experience through a redesign of the Student Commons Area which includes a welcome center, campus bookstore, and space for students to gather in between classes. We also repurposed the outdoor green space to include an amphitheater for chapels and unique learning opportunities, as well as recreational pickleball and basketball courts.

We have a conceptual plan to build a multi-unit residence that will house both students and resident interns —opening enrollment for prospective students across the country, and making CFSEU a premier destination in Christian education! In the beginning of 2025, the City of Palm Beach Gardens provided a highly favorable reception to the concept and preliminary layout plans.

Three-phase housing plan:

PHASE 1

Initial infrastructure work to prep structurally for the buildings through plans, permitting, and underground infrastructure.

PHASE 2

Complete the first building of two-bedroom apartments that will house four students per apartment, immediately doubling the current student housing capacity.

PHASE 3

Complete the other two student buildings, which will bring the total number of units to 36 and house 144 students.

LOCAL &

MISSIONS: IMPACTING OUR WORLD

From planting churches in unreached regions to meeting urgent physical needs through disaster relief and feeding programs, your generosity is advancing the gospel and bringing hope where it’s needed most. This map shows the countries we’re reaching— through mission trips, new church plants, and strategic partnerships—all so that every “one” can experience the love of Jesus.

IMPACT

YOUR WORLD

From neighborhoods to nations, you can make a difference by serving on a trip with Christ Fellowship Missions!

KENYA

In Kenya, the water crisis isn’t just about distance—it’s about access. While some families walk hours each day to reach a water source, others live in urban areas where no clean supply exists at all. Today, nearly 40% of people in Kenya still lack access to safely managed drinking water. And in rural villages, fewer than 1 in 6 homes have piped water available.

That’s why our partnership with WorldServe matters more than ever.

This year, we expanded our efforts by adding a second water truck—bringing clean, safe water directly to communities still waiting on permanent solutions. These mobile trucks help bridge the gap for schools, families, and churches in remote areas where the need is urgent.

But we’re not stopping there.

40%

Nearly of people in Kenya still lack access to safe drinking water

We’re preparing to drill two new solarpowered water wells —long-term solutions that will serve as central gathering points for clean, life-giving water in places where none existed before. And in Kenya’s crowded schools and city centers, we’ll distribute

hundreds of water filters, each one providing safe drinking water for more than 500 children. That means fewer illnesses, more time in school, and brighter futures ahead.

Whether through a deep well or a portable filter, every clean drop we provide becomes a signpost of God’s faithfulness—meeting a practical need while opening the door for eternal hope.

LOCAL & GLOBAL MISSIONS:

WATOTO PARTNERSHIP

UGANDA

Building the Future Together

In 2023, we launched a global partnership with Watoto Ministries—bringing the heart of Get There First into Uganda, home to the largest youth population in the world.

Watoto exists to rescue vulnerable children, empower women, and raise up future leaders who will rebuild their communities through Christ. At the center of their mission are Watoto villages —safe, Christ-centered communities where each child is placed in a loving family and given the tools to thrive.

Led by dedicated Watoto mothers, these villages are filled with homes, schools, clinics, churches, and playgrounds—a place where faith, family, and future are restored.

In 2026, we’ll sponsor a new Watoto village—providing 72 children with clean water, food, and a home where they can thrive in all God has for them.

Watoto village, providing for 72 children.

GERALD’S STORY

PROJECT VISION

Gerald grew up unsure if his life had value. But through Watoto, his story changed. Today, he leads as the President of the Music, Dance & Drama Club, using his voice and creativity to lift others.

Gerald’s story is one of thousands. And the next 72 kids we sponsor? Their story starts now.

“I don’t fully understand how someone can love a child they’ve never met—but your generosity changed my life.”

As we prepare to open a new Watoto village in 2026, we’re also deepening our partnership by coming alongside three vital, life-changing projects —supporting Watoto’s mission to serve women, children, and families on their journey toward healing and hope.

MEDICAL CLINIC RENOVATION

We’re helping renovate Watoto’s Medical Clinic so single mothers in the Neighbourhood Program can receive excellent, compassionate care—because every mom deserves to be seen, supported, and strengthened.

WATOTO SPORTS ACADEMY GROWTH

Sports are shaping young leaders. This year, we’re outfitting hundreds of kids with the equipment they need to discover confidence, community, and purpose through the power of play.

CHILD WELFARE TRANSPORTATION

We’re funding two 4x4 vehicles so Watoto’s team can reach remote villages—reuniting children with biological families and helping every child find their place to belong.

NICARAGUA

In 2025, Christ Fellowship launched a new partnership with Hope Project International, a ministry dedicated to building safe, lasting homes for families in Matagalpa, Nicaragua.

In a country where 1 in 10 people live in inadequate housing, we’re stepping in to be part of the solution.

This year, we’re joining Hope Project to help build 52 new homes, offering families

LOCAL & GLOBAL MISSIONS: CONVOY OF HOPE

HOPE IN CRISIS

Because of your generosity, when disaster strikes, Christ Fellowship is there—bringing relief, comfort, and hope in Jesus’ name. Through our partnership with Convoy of Hope, we’re able to act quickly in moments of crisis, delivering food, clean water, and essential supplies to those hit hardest. This year alone, your giving helped respond to 41 disasters, including catastrophic flooding in Texas, tornadoes in St. Louis, devastating fires in Los Angeles, the war in Ukraine, and flooding in multiple countries. Convoy is also our key partner in feeding programs worldwide, helping us provide millions of meals to those in need. Every gift makes it possible for us to be there for the one—when they need it most.

DELIVERING HOPE

Through Half a Million Meals

Hunger is a daily crisis for millions around the world. Tonight alone, 1 in 9 people will go to bed hungry and for far too many, tomorrow will be the same.

This November, across every Christ Fellowship location, our church family will come together for Make a Meal. In just one weekend, thousands of volunteers will join forces to prepare more than 500,000 meals.

Every scoop, every bag, every box is for someone—a child, a mother, a father—who needs to know they’re seen, valued, and loved. In partnership with Convoy of Hope, these meals will reach the ones who need them most, carrying not just nutrition, but hope, compassion, and the love of Jesus to the world.

10/40 WINDOW

The 10/40 Window refers to a region of the world located between 10 and 40 degrees north latitude, stretching across North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Home to over 5 billion people, it contains the highest concentration of unreached people groups —places where access to the gospel is limited, and the spiritual need is urgent.

OneHope partners with trusted local leaders to bring God’s Word to life in restricted and resistant regions. Through youth programs, community engagement, and innovative media in native languages, they share Scripture in ways that meet people right where they are. Their mission is strategic and Spirit-led, ensuring that even those who have never heard the name of Jesus can encounter Him.

An estimated 3–3.3 billion people (60–83% of this population) belong to unreached people groups

—communities with little to no access to Christ-centered church life

Together with OneHope, we’re launching efforts to:

• Present God’s Word in nations where it’s never been heard

• Equip local partners to distribute Scripture and train communities

• Pray for eternal impact in the most spiritually deprived areas of the world

CHURCH PLANTING

At Christ Fellowship, we believe the local church is God’s plan to reach the world. That’s why we’ve partnered with ARC (Association of Related Churches)—to help catalyze gospel-centered churches across the U.S. and Europe.

PROJECT VISION

While many have written off Europe as spiritually closed, we see something different. In places like the United Kingdom, signs of revival are breaking through—especially among the next generation.

Weekly church attendance among 18–24-year-olds has grown from 4% in 2018 to 16% in 2024, pointing to a fresh spiritual hunger rising across Europe.

That’s why we’re committed to helping plant more life-giving churches, train and equip local leaders, and send mission teams to stand alongside what God is already doing.

JENNY AND TYRON’S STORY

In 2025, we helped launch Infinity Church in London with Tyron and Jenny. The day they launched, 238 people attended, and over 20 people surrendered their lives to Jesus. They’ve shared how grateful they are for the prayer, encouragement, and financial support from our pastors and church family.

In 2025, we helped 57 churches in the United States and in Europe.

EQUIP

Reaching People & Raising Leaders

We believe leadership opens hearts to Jesus. That’s why we’ve partnered with Dr. John Maxwell and EQUIP, to bring Beyond Success —a values-based leadership journey with a clear gospel message— to communities around the world. In 2025 alone, EQUIP saw:

1,000, 000 SALVATIONS 1 salvation every 21 SECONDS Impact in 84 NATIONS and 36 languages

From boardrooms to prisons, Beyond Success is transforming lives in places the church can’t always go—and we get to be part of it.

RUTH’S STORY

Ruth is a 17-year-old from Liberia who grew up in a devout Muslim home. When she joined a Beyond Success table, she was drawn to the values being taught, but hesitant about the message of Jesus.

During a session called “My Most Important Relationship,” Ruth quietly prayed to accept Christ. Though nervous to share her decision, she later told her facilitator,

“I believe Jesus is the Son of God.”

Her faith is now growing, and her heart is open to all God has for her.

DELIVERING HOPE FROM NEIGHBORHOODS TO NATIONS

This year, Christ Fellowship Missions sent teams on international mission trips to Africa, Asia, Europe, and Central America. We also served our local communities through mission experiences right here in our own neighborhoods. Through our various mission partners, people representing every generation served in six nations!

REACHING OUR REGION

Reaching our region for Jesus starts with strong relationships. By partnering with local nonprofits, schools, law enforcement, and community leaders, we’re able to meet real needs, open new doors, and bring the hope of Jesus deeper into our communities—together.

MISSIONS DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Christ Fellowship has a 12,000-square-foot warehouse that distributes over one million pounds of food throughout our region and beyond every year. Through our partners, both locally and around the world, this space equips us to respond immediately to crisis situations and allows us to offer help on a daily basis as needs arise.

WHEN THE CITY CALLED, THE CHURCH RESPONDED

DONNIE AND MARIA’S STORY

When Palm Beach Gardens Police and city officials discovered a local couple, Maria and Donnie, living in horrific conditions after their home was taken over by drug dealers, they didn’t know where to turn—so they called the church. Within hours, Christ Fellowship volunteers and contractors rallied to gut the home, remove mold, and rebuild it into a safe, livable space. For the first time in years, Maria and Donnie felt truly loved and cared for. Fighting back tears, Donnie said he was “stunned” and grateful beyond words. This transformation happened because of the generosity of our church family—proving again that when the city calls, the Church shows up.

See more of Donnie & Maria’s story at cf.church/donnie-maria

REACHING KIDS & SCHOOLS

In the race to the heart of the next generation, the first one there wins—and we want to Get There First. Across our region, we’re reaching children in crisis, young moms in need, and students in our schools with the hope of Jesus.

FOSTER CARE

We’re coming alongside foster parents in our church and community with mentorship, resources, and monthly Parents Night Out events—helping them open their doors and hearts to kids in their darkest moments. Through partnerships with organizations like 4Kids and Place of Hope, we’re meeting practical needs, encouraging families, and creating safe spaces where children can heal and grow.

AT-RISK MOMS

We’re standing with teen moms and women in crisis pregnancies through local partners like First Care Women’s Clinic, Care Net, and Okeechobee Pregnancy Center—providing medical care, counseling, and support so they can choose life and step into a hopeful future.

JENNIFER’S STORY

After hearing the vision to Get There First for kids in foster care, Jennifer Huston—a single woman with a full-time job—felt God call her to say yes. Her first placement was a three-year-old boy with nowhere to go, followed by Mariah, a six-month-old in need of a safe, loving home. With support from Christ Fellowship, Jennifer’s yes gave both children hope, safety, and the love of Jesus—forever changing their stories.

BE PART OF THE IMPACT WE’RE MAKING

TOGETHER

For years, our church family has come together through two special offerings: Heart for the House and the Christ Birthday Offering. Through Heart for the House, we’ve launched new campuses and invested in the next generation. Through the Christ Birthday Offering, we’ve expanded missions and outreach—both across the street and around the world.

This year, we’re uniting both offerings into one: the Impact Offering. The heart behind this offering isn’t just about a dollar amount—it’s about 100% participation. Every gift mattersall of us working together to reach the one who still needs to hear the hope of Jesus. Whether it’s your very first time giving or a step of faith that stretches you, our prayer is that everyone who calls Christ Fellowship home would be part of this offering.

Because when we all bring what we have—no matter the size—God multiplies it. Together, we can make a greater impact than we could ever achieve alone, and we believe that the impact of this offering will be felt around the world for generations to come, and into eternity.

Ask God what He wants you to give towards the Impact Offering.

If you’ve never given before, start today with whatever God puts on your heart—you’ll be amazed at what He can do through your obedience. 1 2 3

If you already give faithfully, prayerfully consider how you might increase your generosity in this season.
