Clients get to know the sales team at our showhome and share their Wish List. We walk through models, locations, and budgets and ensure the entire process is clearly laid out.

2. PLAN YOUR DREAM HOME

Design consultation begins on a client’s new home, along with a lot walkthrough and preparation of preliminary drawings for review. Once approved and signed, we are ready to build! Clients can log in to the Builder Trend online platform to track progress of their new home.

3. THE BUILD

In the Pre-Construction phase, clients meet with our team and local suppliers to make product selections, create a schedule, and review architectural designs, interior designs, and project scope. Next, the Construction phase begins with an on-site visit, followed by weekly phone calls, photo updates, and three major site check-ins throughout the process.

Nobody could have ever expected we would be constructing our home amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, but here we are. Fortunately for us ERH reacted swiftly, taking measures to keep their team and sub trades on site safe while still maintaining an emphasis on progressing with our project.

Our build remains on schedule and the communication from the ERH Team has allowed us to maintain con dence that we will be able to move into our new home this summer as planned.
