The project’s primary goal is to make a residential area for 3 different economical sectors within a complex. the project consists of three different housing unit types along with other community and recreational areas.
Location : RK puram sector 5, New Delhi total no. of units : 840 type 1 units : 280 type 2 units : 420 type 3 units : 140 FAR : 2 Site area : 15.75 acres
The concept of massing all the typology of buildings is to create small clusters and groups of 2 different type buildings with different economic status people within the complex in order to increase socialization. Without compromising with the privacy and comfort of residents by providing separate building for each unit.
the structure of the building creates a linkage effect providing open terrace balconies to each unit, resulting in openness and a visual connectivity to sky from each floor.

PRADAN RETREAT CENTRE

Location: Itarsi, Bhopal, Madhya pradesh
Pradan is an NGO of a international repute, working in the domain of livelihood generation, youth empowerment, community development and gender empowerment for the tribal communities. Pradan proposes to build a Retreat Centre in the central part of India, and hence Itarsi has been selected, because of its good connectivity with rest of India. The center will have following broad activities
1. A livelihood generation and community development program supported by about 15 professionals in residency .
2. A retreat center for year long retreats by individuals /families/ group of colleagues to relax, introspect, read or take a break. These are usually of 3-4 weeks duration.
3. An annual retreat with about 100 people in attendance from all over India, for peer reviews, discussions, sharing of ideas and experiences, and annual planning.
The concept - connecting, sharing and growing, consists of three main goals, connecting to new people and bonding with them while sharing skills and culture to help each other grow as a human and build a better enironment within the nation.

PRIMARY HEALTHCARE
Semester: VI
Location: sector 38 Noida, Delhi-NCR
In this major project we were expected to design a 100-bed primary medical facility in an approximately 9.4 acres of land area in sector 38 Noida, Delhi-NCR.
The master plan has been prepared for the entire site with the FAR and Ground coverage planned meticulously for optimum use in the project planning. The total built up area as phase I of the plan (area approx. 13,370sqmt) is detailed. The expansion of the building for future development is outlined in the site plan only along with the landscaping and parking layout delineation for future as well.
The phase I planning for 100 beds has a demarcated 60 general beds and a dedicated block comprising of 40 beds as pandemic block.

Working drawings are a medium too bring the thought process and ideation into reality by providiing minute details of the structure. During academics i learned to create washroom, kitchen, stairacse detailed drawing along with exploration of material used in each area. Throughout the process i observed the importance of accuracy of measurements and architectural symbols in any layout to be built.

In many cases, precast concrete steps are used in conjunction with other precast concrete products, such as wall panels or beams, to create a complete structure.

In this project, we had to provide a design proposal on any abandoned site of our choice, which is considered as a waste or misused land. Keeping the conditions in mind we observed a nearby site which is basically a tourist spot but lacks appreciation of the land in maintenance and planning. So, there was a need for protection and revival of that area not only for environmental purposes and tourism but also for creating a recreational space for the locals. For the proposal we divided the development in three main zones : recreational zone, commercial zone and open zone. This was a group project and i managed sponsorship and budget of the proposal by approaching many organizations as well as locals for the collaboration in the development of their own region.
