SAMPLE INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT
Internship at wildlife sanctuary in the valleys of New Zealand. Responsibilities included the day-today maintenance of facilities within the sanctuary, making sure that tracks, bridges, fences, buildings, signage and more met standards to ensure the safety of staff, volunteers and visitors. Tasks also included monitoring and maintaining biosecurity facilities, assisting with flora and fauna restoration and monitoring, as well as event management.
