Welcome to The Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans 2024 Parade of Homes! This year’s Parade, presented by James Hardie and Troyer Builders, showcases a total of 20 remarkable dream homes crafted by 17 esteemed area builders. We are delighted to highlight the craftsmanship of our region’s most forward-thinking builders, subcontractors, and vendors.

The 2024 Parade of Homes serves as the premier showcase for the latest in home design in the Greater New Orleans area. It provides an opportunity to explore new homes, witness cutting-edge innovations in building construction, and experience the freshest trends. Among the trends to watch for are adaptable and multi-purpose layouts, seamlessly integrated open-air living spaces, and the latest styles and finishes in lighting, plumbing, and appliances.

The HBAGNO is once again honored to support the St. Jude Dream Home®. Proceeds from the annual raffle will contribute to the invaluable work of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. The New Orleans St. Jude Dream Home, a 2,500 sq. ft., 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence located at 4812 Garden St. in Metairie and built by Hyman L.
