MPM Property tenants generally all pay their rent on a weekly basis. With access to our landlord portal, our owners will be able to track the daily income and expenditure of their property. Payment options to landlords are either fortnightly or monthly. This is always accompanied by a detailed income and expenses statement and any relevant invoices. At the end of each financial year, an annual statement will be provided to you for tax purposes. All these documents are then saved for ease of access anytime on your owner portal.

When the time comes for your tenant’s lease to be renewed, we will complete a tenancy review in advance.

0% BEHIND ON PAYMENTS POLICY LANDLORD RECEIVES QUARTERLY REPORTING As a landlord, you will be sent a link to view your quarterly report on our owner portal. This will provide full size images and details about the condition of the property at the routine inspection. This allows you to stay informed your property and your tenants as time progresses.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE PROCESS Regardless of the time of day or night, our after-hours emergency contact provides tenants with the opportunity to call up and report any maintenance issues to our team.
