Probate Valuation Service

Our probate valuations are prepared in accordance with HMRC requirements for Inheritance Tax purposes and reflect the open market value of the assets, supported by current auction market evidence.

Following an on-site assessment by the appropriate specialists, we prepare a structured valuation report detailing significant items individually, together with grouped values for lower-value contents where appropriate.

Once the report has been prepared, a digital copy is provided for review before the final signed document is issued. Hard copies can also be supplied if required.
