Proudly brought to you by Friars Pride, our trade show FRY Innovations in the Trade (FRY I.T.) 2023 is returning to the East of England Arena for March 5th, 2023. Friars Pride are elated to be able to invite you to join them in their return home to Peterborough.

FRY I.T. is designed with fish friers, takeaway, restaurant and caterers in mind, and this year promises to be the best show yet! Going from strength to strength over the past decades; the trade show offers you the opportunity to meet manufacturers and suppliers to the industry, taste test products before you buy and get yourself up to date with the latest products, developments, and information in the trade.

FRY I.T. puts your favourite suppliers front and centre - celebrating the products they help us in providing you, with exclusive promotions and a priceless opportunity to taste and try a wide range of products.

Our previous FRY I.T. trade show boasted an impressive number of returning and new suppliers with over 70 stands. Anything a fish and chip shop could want, was all there in one place – it had FAS fish, frozen goods and sauces, packaging, drinks and even frying ranges and Epos systems.

Alongside some incredible exhibitors at previous FRY I.T. shows, such as Rammi, 42nd Street, Middleton Foods and Kerry Foodservice, the trade show had the likes of Chippy Chat from trade media, while NEODA shared information about National Fish and Chip Day –a hallmark occasion of our wonderful industry, and an event that Friars Pride are delighted to be joint headline sponsors of for 2023.
