SUPPORTING THE FARMING COMMUNITY: FARMER APPRECIATION DINNER

AUGUST 19, 2020 | 4:00 - 8:30 PM N. WISCONSIN STATE FAIRGROUNDS COVID-19 put our families, communities, counties, and economies under unprecedented pressure. Farmers are standing strong in the middle of this storm. In the face of great uncertainty, the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce wants to express our gratitude to those keeping food on our table. We are making plans to, safely, provide a meal for farmers, community members, and Chamber business members in accordance with all guidelines.

THANK YOU TO CITIZENS STATE BANK

FOR YOUR GENEROUS DONATION On Friday, June 5, Tim Cruciani, President/CEO and Bob Binczak, VP-Commercial Lending of Citizens State Bank (CSB) presented the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce President, Mike Jordan, with a $5,000 donation. Citizens State Bank applied for and was awarded a COVID-19 relief grant through

This is the 50th year that the Chamber is hosting this event. While the event will look different in light of COVID-19, the sentiment is the same. The Chamber recognizes that agriculture, especially dairy farming, is the linchpin of the Chippewa Valley economy. Thank you farmers! A couple of changes for this year’s event: • All meals will be distributed by drive-thru only. • Meals will be served from 4:00 – 8:30 PM

the Federal Home Loan Bank. This grant can be shared with non-profits or small businesses. The bank chose to share part of the grant with the Chamber in the amount of $5,000. “We are so appreciative of all that the Chamber does for businesses and the community and know that money put into the organization will allow the group to continue to give back, support, and add vitality to the community,” said Nicole Kauphusman, CSB VP - HR & Marketing. The Chippewa Falls Chamber is very appreciative of this generous donation. “We were both suprised and humbled by the donation. We plan to use the funds to support our members as we all work together to overcome the impacts of this far-reaching pandemic,” said Mike Jordan.
