If you are writing an offer on another company's listing include the following Verbiage in additional provisions of the purchase agreement along with the Cooperative Compensation Supplemental
"Seller agrees to pay Chinowth & Cohen Realtors a commission of 3.0% of the purchase price upon closing. Please see attached OREC Cooperative Compensation Supplemental".
If you are writing an offer on a Chinowth & Cohen listing include the following verbiage in additional provisions of the purchase agreement along with the Cooperative Compensation Supplemental
"Seller agrees to pay Chinowth & Cohen Realtors a commission for the buyer's side of the transaction of 3.0% of the purchase price upon closing.
