• Supervision requirements

• Supervision is to load the product into the container under supervision, and meet the following requirements:

• (1) The product meets the requirements.

• Product correctness.

• The number of cases is correct.

• (2) The container is suitable for shipment.

• The container is undamaged and clean.

• The placement of the product in the container is suitable for transportation.

• Record product quantity, container number, and lock number.

2. Supervise the installation process

1) Get the information from office and contact the factory.

2) After arriving at the factory, confirm with the factory representative whether the container has arrived at the factory. If not, further confirm the arrival time and inform the office.

3) Check products and compare with customer information.

4) Pumping boxes and taking photos: stacking, outer boxes, shipping marks, products, the number of pumping boxes is square root X0.6, at least 5 boxes to monitor the loading process.

5) Check the appearance of the container: no damage, clear container number, no error.

6) Check the inside of the container.

• Take photos for laoding process(40 'container as an example).

• Empty

• Put a quarter in

• 1/2 loaded

• Put it in 3/4

• 100% loaded

• Close the right door

• Two doors shut

• Once locked, there should be a close-up of the lock position

• Lock number to be photographed (close-up)

• Take a close-up of the rivets of the lower card slot (door) of the lock position of the vertical rod (right door) (especially to Eastern European countries)
