WHERE WE BEGAN

It all started with a need: safe, soft play environments for preschoolers didn’t exist. From this realization, our founders created the first geometric foam shapes, sewn by a local women’s quilting group in the back of an old tavern. What began as a small, family-driven endeavor grew into a company with a big vision; helping children explore, grow, and learn through purposeful, fun, and imaginative products. Today, we operate from two facilities in Union, Missouri, employing 150 dedicated individuals, many with over 25 years of experience. Their passion and craftsmanship ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and care. Rooted in Midwestern values of hard work, collaboration, and family, we’re proud to create tools that spark creativity, confidence, and growth for children, caregivers, and educators alike. Our founders didn’t just build a company; they built a community; opening their home to over 30 foster children and inspiring us to do more. This trike is very sturdy and not prone to tipping. The elongated seat allows each child to find a comfortable position for their body. Great option for those children who have not yet mastered trike pedals. It is very sturdy and we expect it to last for many, many years.

Bought these for the older children in my family day care. Was tired of buying cheap ride-ons that needed to be replaced every year. Very impressed with the quality, very heavy duty. I love that the tires are rubber as my kids wear out and split all the plastic tires on the other brands. Will definitely be purchasing more.

WARRANTY INFO Limited Lifetime Warranty

Children’s Factory, LLC will repair or replace any Children’s Factory brand product or component that is substantially defective (loss of serviceability) in material or workmanship. At our discretion, we may also issue credit up to the invoice price of the product. This is the sole and exclusive remedy for products found by Children’s Factory to be defective. This warranty, which begins on the date of shipment, is subject to the following limitations, exclusions, and provisions. Children’s Factory may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any portion of the product that proves to be defective under the terms of this limited warranty at no additional cost to the buyer. Children’s Factory is liable under this limited warranty only for the cost of replacement or cost of replacement parts of defective products. Labor costs associated with repairs or replacements are not covered. All incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded, including but not limited to: • Lost profits • Personal property damage • Third-party liabilities Additionally, Children’s Factory is not responsible for any damage to customer property caused by product incompatibility with flooring or other surfaces.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply, and no other warranty covers: • Normal wear and tear expected over the course of ownership. • Defects caused by abusive or abnormal use of the product. • Damage incurred during transit (which will be handled under separate terms). • Modifications or attachments to the product. • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with provided instructions and warnings. • Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from us or an authorized retail partner.

Product Usage & Warranty Conditions

Children’s Factory, LLC products (unless specifically designated for outdoor use) are not intended or warranted for outdoor storage. Additionally, natural color variations occurring in plastics, laminates, paints, and other materials are inherent to their character and are not considered defects. As such, Children’s Factory does not guarantee colorfastness, nor does it warrant the exact matching of colors, grains, or textures in these materials.
