In June 2025, Child Freedom Coalition led a courageous rescue operation, freeing 4,989 children from 15 illegal rock quarries Medical evaluations revealed that 381 girls, ages 13–16, were pregnant as a result of severe sexual violence inflicted by their supervisors.
Over the past eight months, most of these girls have given birth Today, we are responding with long-term vision by establishing a residential home where these young mothers and their babies can recover from trauma, regain stability, and begin rebuilding their lives in safety and dignity
The completed home will provide secure housing for up to 300 rescued young mothers and their babies, along with on-site medical care and trauma-informed counseling.
Beyond shelter, it will function as a center of restoration, offering education, vocational training, and life-skills development designed to foster independence, resilience, and sustainable futures.
With this year’s Rescue Operation focus on liberating adolescent girls from brothels, the home will also serve as a critical refuge for newly rescued survivors experiencing extreme trauma.
Significant progress has already been achieved To date, $1,068,300 has been invested toward the $2,011,000 required to complete the project The final $942,700 is needed by May 31, 2026 to ensure construction is completed on schedule and the home opens as planned in October 2026
Your partnership ensures these girls and their children are not only rescued, but restored for generations to come.
(AND 299 OTHER VULNERABLE GIRLS LIKE HER)
Marla was 15 when she was rescued from slavery during our Summer 2025 operation. In the medical exams that followed, doctors discovered she was pregnant from the abuse she had endured. At an age when most girls are worrying about school and friendships, Marla was forced to face motherhood shaped by trauma.
Throughout her pregnancy, Marla received trauma counseling, medical care, and steady support. She was given time to begin healing and the dignity to make her own decisions. When offered the option of adoption, she chose to keep her baby.
“I love my baby,” Marla shared, “and I want to be the best mom I can be for her” Marla is making progress, but healing takes time Every child carries trauma differently, and each journey unfolds on its own timeline. Today, Marla and her baby are safe with a Christian foster family until the Trauma Care Home is completed.
Marla is not alone Hundreds of girls rescued last summer were found to be pregnant from abuse, many now caring for newborns while waiting for a place designed for long-term healing.
The Trauma Care Home will provide that sanctuary, serving rescued girls and their babies, and offering essential aftercare for those still to be freed Construction is underway, but until it is complete, girls like Marla remain in temporary care
Completing this home means empowering girls like Marla to move from survival into lasting freedom.

HOME OPENS!
October 2026
Girls move in October 1st provided construction stays on track!

Once complete, this home will provide trauma counseling, access to vocational training, private medical care, and a safe, stable place for our most vulnerable rescued girls to begin healing.
Each girl’s length of stay will be guided by her individual needs, but most young mothers are expected to remain for approximately 18 months as they adjust to motherhood and gain the skills needed to care for themselves and their babies independently.
When they graduate, these young women will not walk alone.
Through your generosity, they will continue receiving support from local Christian community partners, including churches, pastors, and Child Freedom’s programs for graduate adults
Because you choose to invest in what lasts, this home will serve as a central place of care in the years ahead, where thousands of girls rescued from the darkest places will experience healing.
