Making the Vision Possible

In order to deliver on this vision we will need to: Recruit, develop and retain a talented, motivated and diverse staff body. We will look for gifted people, encourage them to join us and empower them to be successful by creating a working environment in which people flourish.

Provide pupils and staff with exceptional facilities to match our exceptional location. This is key to continue developing the school and will require investment in the site over the next six years both with our estates development programme and digital infrastructure to ensure that our facilities remain a modern learning environment.

The school’s financial plan will ensure that we have sufficient resources to achieve our Strategic Vision, either from internally generated sources or externally raised funds (philanthropic and commercial).

Final Thoughts

As these plans show, we have an ambitious vision for our school, and are excited about reaching our 400th anniversary in 2029. We are reflective and adaptive, as indeed we wish our learners to be, and intend to review our progress annually over the next six years, in consultation with parents, pupils, and all those involved in the life and development of the school. We therefore look forward to sharing this journey with you, as we build on the strengths of the past whilst continuing to deliver success for the future.
