The Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac Committee invites you to the 2018 Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac Awards Celebration. Join us to toast the MAC teams, trophies and traditions of the 110th Race to Mackinac presented by Wintrust.

Both members and non-members are welcome to come compete and enjoy Belmont each day after racing. Invited fleets are 420’s, Lasers, V-15s, and Sonars.

03 - 04 | GREAT LAKES HS CHAMPIONSHIP

04 & 11 | DF65 FALL FROSTBITING

This is the varsity championship for up to 20 high school teams in the Midwest. This event is sailed as a two-division event: A and B divisions rotating through CYC’s 420’s. The races are sailed just outside of Belmont Harbor, providing fantastic spectating.

Held on Sunday mornings at Belmont Station following Frostbite finishes.

Bring your DragonForce 65 RC yacht and participate in up to seven races weather dependent.

03 & 04 | US SAILING OFFSHORE SAFETY AT SEA SEMINAR

The Safety at Sea Courses provide sailors who compete in offshore races with the required level of safety training. Participants who complete the SAS will receive International Offshore Safety at Sea with Hands On Training certification from US Sailing and World Sailing.
