Leading Boldly Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 Hilton Chicago 720 S. Michigan Ave. Reception 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Dinner and Program 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.

About the Event For 15 years, the Bridge Awards dinner has elevated the visibility of corporate leaders committed to inclusion. The event will exemplify Chicago United’s 2019 theme, Leading Boldly, by connecting attendees with approximately 1,000 of Chicago’s most influential business executives and civic leaders who share the value of advancing inclusion and are leading the charge in their organizations and communities. This is a “must-attend” event for CEO Council members, Diversity Officers, Leaders Council members, member company colleagues, Five Forward participants, Business Leaders of Color and Chicago-area business and philanthropic leaders who value diverse and inclusive leadership.

Chicago United invites you to Lead Boldly with us.

Bridge Award Honoree The Bridge Award was established in 2004 and represents an important part of the advocacy work of the organization in fostering multiracial leadership at the highest levels of corporate America. The Chicago Bridge Award, to be bestowed at the dinner, salutes a corporation supporting development of a vibrant and richly diverse business community. This award brings visibility to those who have managed change and inspired others to follow. At the dinner, we also will salute the 2019 Business Leaders of Color. These dynamic executives hold a vast range of experience in a variety of industries and are among some of the most influential, diverse and inclusive leaders in the Chicago business community. They provide shareholder value in our ever-changing business environment and inspire others as they continue to progress, innovate and lead boldly. Since 2003, the publication has featured nearly 370 board-ready candidates and Business Leaders of Color have served in more than 230 corporate directorships.
