This project is flood relief project for Sugud flood victims. This programme is under corporation with Tan Sri Richard Malanjum in order to provide a shelter / accommodation for those who lose their home in the flood. This house is a elevated house with a floor area of 320sqft.

This project is cabin house design proposal for the company catalogues. This compact-living cabin design featured with a skylight barbeque area and also louvres panel design for ventilation. The cabin layout design has separated the private zone and public zone for a better privacy purpose.

This project is a Villa project which located at Mesilau. This project consists of 3 house with 2 types of design. House 1 is located on the higher slope while 2 units of house 2 is located at a lower slope. The Villa will act as a homestay for tourists.

The protagonist is at the centre of the story, making the key decisions and experiences the consequences of those decisions. It is essential for student to put themselves forward as protagonists. Introducing a sense of flexible thinking, inventiveness and openness to failure. The hub was intended to inviting an exploration of learning and evoke one’s curiosity. The students act as a role model while the building itself plays a flow of plots. Students are trained to be a humble listener, inventive designers, self-doubters, good collaborators and outrageous self – publicists.
