Emergency Items (Within 24 - 48 hours)
We will attend emergency items that fall within the following categories: EMERGENCY ITEM Electrical Emergency
Danger of shock could arise Total loss of power is experienced Loss of power to the boiler Loss of power to electrical appliance Faulty socket, switches or light fittings
Plumbing and/or
Sanitaryware leaks
Heating Emergency
Excessive loss of water that could not be contained within a bucket or similar container (that cannot wait until normal working hours) Total loss of heating or hot water Heating system problems (excluding radiators that require bleeding) Loss of gas supply and gas leaks In the event of a gas leak: l

Turn off the gas at the meter if it is safe to do so. The location of the meter and stop-cock should be stated in the Home Owner’s Information Card Extinguish all naked flames Open all doors and windows Call the gas company on its emergency number: 0800 111 999. There is no call-out charge.
Security Issues
Faulty windows/doors/locking mechanisms
Drainage
Blocked drains and/or waste pipe blockages
Rain/Moisture Ingress
From the roof, walls, openings etc.
External works
Damaged/loose paving Insecure manhole covers Or any items that could be considered a trip hazard or danger to occupiers/visitors
Appliance issues
Integrated appliances - are not classed as emergencies, and must be directly reported to the manufacturer
