Purpose

Leadalltechnicalaspectsofproductions,liveperformances,corporatehires,and eventsacrosstheTrust’svenues.
Managetheeffectivedeliveryoflighting,sound,staging,AV,andrigging,ensuring alltechnicalelementsmeetindustrystandardsandclientexpectations.
Produceandmanageproductionschedules,technicalriders,andevent documentation.
Workcloselywithvisitingcompanies,promoters,artists,andinternalEvent Managerstoassessandmeettechnicalrequirements.
Providehands-ontechnicalsupportwhererequired,includingoperatinglighting, sound,andAVequipmentaswellasassistingwithload-ins,fit-upandload-outs.
TeamLeadership&StaffManagement
LinemanageandcoordinatetheTechnicalTeam,ensuringeffectiverotaplanning andworkloadmanagement.

Strongpracticalknowledgeoflighting,sound, AV,stagemanagement,andrigging. Demonstratedleadershipexperiencein managingtechnicalteamsorcrews. Excellentplanningandorganisationalskills, withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojects andmeetdeadlines.
Clearandconfidentcommunicator,ableto collaborateeffectivelyatalllevels.
Up-to-dateknowledgeofhealthandsafety legislationandindustrybestpracticein technicaloperations.
Apractical,hands-onapproachwiththeability toproblem-solveunderpressure.

Soundknowledgeofbudgetcontroland managementofincomestreams.
