walls are painted in Tige Brune, with the ceiling in Terre de Sienne and woodwork in Terre Brûlée, all by Argile, adding to the sense of cosiness here. The French Louis XV-style bergère sofa, picked up at Southgate Auctions, brings a decadent touch, along with the smaller sofa from Little Paris Store, Crouch End.

The kitchen, with cabinets and island designed and produced by
feels bright and welcoming. Mixed white field tiles by Francis
have been chosen to complement the warm neutral palette and subtly patterned woods. The antique lantern was sourced at Battersea
and the oiled aged-oak parquet flooring is from The Natural Flooring Company.
