Healthy-eating restaurant Aquamar Kitchen is among the dining options to be introduced by Oceania Cruises on new ship Vista when it launches in early 2023.

Breakfast options revealed so far include cold-pressed raw juices and super-food smoothies, homemade granola, organic power bowls and savoury breakfast wraps. The lunch menu will offer items such as slow-roasted organic salmon with quinoa tabbouleh and lemon tahini or yellowfin tacos with white cabbage slaw.

It will be one of 12 dining venues for the culinary-focused line, also including American-inspired classics at Ember, steak and seafood at Polo Grill, Tuscan cuisine at Toscana and pan-Asian dishes at Red Ginger (oceaniacruises.com).
