2 Burger Spatulas

1 Burger Press

3 Small tongs

2 burger cover

7 1/6 pans

2 1/2 400 pans

Large Take out containers

Small Take Containers

B.O.B. Paper

Squirt w/ Olive oil

1/9 pan S and P

1 wire Rack

Vegetable Spray Gloves

Large Bowl for Chips

B.O.B.

Griddle Smashburger

Concessions

Step 1: Place Olive Oil on flat top.

Step 2: Take your Hungry Planet Burger from the Fridge. Place about 4 in from each other.(When you smash the burger it will spread to 4-5in Diameter)

Step 3: Using the Burger press Smash the Burger to about 1/4in thick. Becareful, use gloves when you press oil will splatter.

Step 4: Season with Salt and Pepper.

Toast Buns and Add Cheese

Step 5: Spread Melted Butter on both top and Bottom Bun.

Step 6: Place Bun, on Griddle.

Step 7: Flip Burger Over after 2.5 Min.

Step 8: Place 1 slice of Vegan Cheddar.

Step 9: Cover with Burger cover and let steam.

Build your Smashburger

Concessions

Step 10: Lay Paper Down, Place Toasted bun on Paper.

Step 11: Spread 1 oz of Burger Sauce between both Buns.

Step 12: Place 1 nice piece of Butter Lettuce on Bottom Bun.

Step 13: Place Smashburger on top of Lettuce.

Step 14: Place 5 Pickles on top of cheese.

Step 15: Put top bun on top of Burger and put together with Chips.
